Even if you’re in CA grab some high flow cats instead of expensive cats or go resonated test pipes, they always go out and it’s a common issue

Once u get the 3.7 trans updated it’s a big difference but also I love the q I just can’t get with the electric steering column the g feels more tight especially when cornering
Tbh the G37’s trans are better than the 3.7 Q50 trans. I never had a problem with my old G but it was just laggy at times and shifts a little weird. But you’re right the G steering is better. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯

Are you going with a muffler delete and vibrant resonator setup on this car aswell?
Tbh I really want a full exhaust. But if it’s straight piped, I will throw the vibrant resonators on it until I get the full exhaust. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯

@@CarAdventuresWithReg just got the vib res done and muffler delete, holy it sounds so good bro 😂 they charged 330usd but it was good welds and everything was perfect
Just go cattless, or get high-flow catted down pipes, then get some risers for the sensors in the CATs to trick the ECU so it doesn't throw a CEL. If you're planning for performance mods anyways, this is just my personal excuse to just do it, if it's within your budget of course. Happy belated bday also!

Ive got a jdm "Q50" with the 3.5hybrid. car is factory equipped with a cvt which is now bad, considering a VR30 transmission swap....any advice? What yr to buy, does ecu need any reprogramming to communicate with the vr trans etc
Check if you can do it first the hybrid I don’t think so but I’m not too sure
Q50 Hybrid doesn’t come with a CVT. It’s a regular 7AT but with a bunch of hybrid equipment inside. There aren’t any swaps available for it right now from what all I’ve come to find.

I recommend Motordyne Art Pipes. Any HFCs will only disappoint. I had Ark Catback Exhaust on my VQ and Ark High Flows and literally waste of money. Motordyne Art Pipes and that’s it

No I used the vr valve body.

It does shift early because I’m using the vr valve body. You can use your VQ Tcm and it will shift normal. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
VR Transmission From What Year?? I Drove The One in A2016 3.0L and It Was Slower Than The Transmission in Mine... So Unless The VR Transmission Started From a Different Year.
Mines is a 2023. I have no complaints.

Yooo can you go over if the shop had a perfect fit for the 3.7 or what all did they have to do?
It was a perfect fit for me. No custom drive shaft, using the Vr Tcm and no fab for the bell housing. If you have a Q50 you shouldn’t have a problem. Just take it to a good shop that knows what they’re doing. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯

@@elicash4549 the VQ’s valve body’s are trash. I thought I needed it at first but the guys at the shop made the vr work. But the guys at the shop modified the oem transmission mount.
