Machining aftermarket STIHL MS 660 cylinder number 1 of 3 "white-box"

Machining the base of the white-box Chinese aftermarket cylinder. Removing eighty thousandth of an inch, (approximately 2mm) from the base.
0-1:30 set-up, almost zero run-out.
1:30 forward machining ten thousandth of an inch at a time until the desired eighty is reached.
An exhaust expanding tool is used for an arbor.
The cutter was custom ground in shop. The lathe is a CENTRAL MACHINERY 12X37 engine lathe.
The operator is a master machinist/tool maker with 50+ years experience.
