I packed my things and left. That was 4 months ago and I haven’t heard anything since. I didn’t cry, beg, plead, nothing.
My ex saw in me in court today ( we both work in the same system). I've purposefully not spoken or dealt with her or appeared in zoom/in person hearings or staffing's. since October of last year. I did this because I took NC seriously and didn't chose to respond to work inquiries or contact. I had my field ops contact her. so I say this caveat, .........I flexed so hard today on all of my cases. she hasn't seen me in physically since the summer and virtually since august. So....today I had to deal with her on some cases; lets just say I flexed so damn hard in court. everyone noticed😁. on one part, the camera panned on me standing about to leave, so there was a fully shot of me looking super fly and confident and just feeling myself, I looked on the camera screen and i saw all of the court people looking me up and down including my ex...I took it all in....I got to stand and I purposefully peacocked lol. On another part, once I got back to my office, after the morning docket I jumped on zoom. and for my other cases she was in the background. so one case i had to interact with her. so when the judge asked me to respond. I agreed with her (ex) it was short, sweet and honest. and I could watch her light up from her hearing me say her name. the entire time my managers and attns we're filling me in on her, and they all agreed she was deeply checking me out and looking hard at me, while I was taking and just chilling in the camera. I didn't give her any attention, but I could look based on how my screen/camera setup is and I caught her looking a lot and reminiscing. guys, this stuff works. NC works. putting in the work for you works. owning your ish works. seriously...once you take yourself seriously and just focus on you and be you. not even being a best/better version but a healed version...they always notice/miss you. I damn well know my ex misses me and after seeing me today for over a year post break up, she was feeling me and regretting it. her face showed it all....however I accepted the breakup and stood on business. why should I chase or beg someone back...nah 🤗. remember your worth folks
You sound too confident and too much proud of yourself and you didn't pay her any attention . games won't help you in this situation, you just showed her you really care more about impressing colleagues and your own ego than you do about her,thats how I see it

My soon to be ex wife love doing these random “hi I’m just checking on you” texts or say things like “is it okay if I open up and text with you?” messages. I even received a random “I miss your cooking” text one day out of the blue lol but then she ghosts me after she gets the attention she wants. Is it okay if I set a boundary and tell her “I don’t like feeling like you just want to come in and out of my life and only talk to me when you feel like it” or does that make me sound weak and un-attractive? I’m trying to stay strong and show her, her little tactics don’t phase me but it’s challenging

So basically your telling people that in order to successfully reconnect, you have to be completely healed and unscathed by the pain of the break up. I don’t think that’s a very reasonable concept to put into peoples minds. That’s some serious alpha energy talk right there. You guys don’t have to be completely happy and healed before your ex reaches out again. But you can heal just enough to be able to be more emotionally grounded when they do. And if your still wounded and not sure about them and still not trusting them…even if they Finaly break no contact…that’s completely valid. You want your ex to have to earn you. You should not be overly happy snd positive…you should be authentic and real…and reserved if that’s how you truly feel.

After that, we accidentally ended up at the same concert in December, and she posted another song from the concert suggesting that I haven't left and that I'm still here. After that, I deleted her from Facebook, but I noticed that she watches my WhatsApp stories, not all of them, but she checks often. What should I do? why was she posting stories if she ended things with me, and recently she posted about how the right person isn't left because of a few mistakes that was 2 or 3 weeks before... I don't understand. Ps. She end with me with bad words, i told her that I don't understand such behavior and that there are nicer ways to say such things. However, it's not up to me, it's up to you.
