Thanks for the videos Josh. My first 125 was the first water cooled 125 Yamaha came out with and my last bike was a 1991 YZ250. I had not rode for 23, 24 years and wanted back in. I had never been on a four stroke and didn't know what I wanted to get. After looking and researching and looking and watching videos I ended up getting a 2012 KTM 350 XCF. That's been a year and a half ago and even though its almost 10 years old, I LOVE IT. At 56 years old, I'm happy. A lot of factors go into getting a bike and I'm glad to see you doing these videos. Don't go to big. I didn't need a 450 but felt that a 250 would not be enough bike thats why I went with the 350. Check with your local dealers and see if they are going to have a "demo day". Go and ride several different bikes, it's a great way to feel the difference of the bikes all in the same day. Josh, Keep up the good work. Best of luck and when will you be racing again.
I’m 14 I haven’t ever really drove a dirt bike but I want one so bad and idk what kind to get but what ever one is good for a lot of different terrain like roads dirt roads and other things is the one I want
Crf230f is a beginner bike but is a bit taller so depending on your height you can choose your bike if you shorter then a crf125f would work aswell just much smaller
Hello, I am a beginner and live in Germany. Unfortunately, you are only allowed to drive on closed routes or on your own property. Can you also drive well with the Beta 200rr on the motocross track? Which Enduro can you recommend for a beginner who doesn't yet know what he wants to do? Thanks
Great Video ..I'm struggling to find that perfect bike .Currently riding crf230 with few upgrades but find it very heavy and a little to tall as I'm 5'3 128lb female rider. Been riding for 30 years .No race track riding just single track woods kinda riding .I feel like the KTMsx 85 is the perfect size or the 150rb but some people say are not great for woods riding .Any suggestions .thanks
That's awesome Debra! We're glad you enjoy riding as much as we do! We would recommend the KTM 150 or 200 with a lowering kit. Very light weight and a great trail bike. The 200xc has a lot of low end power that would make trail riding a lot of fun. Although the bike is taller than your current Honda 230, with a little work you could get the seat height comparable. The KTM 200xc is great for technical single track riding.
Hi. What do you think, is a pitbike a good choice for mx track? I am a beginner. I am six feet tall, and I have quite a problem driving while standing. Thank you for your response
Just buy a YZ125X and be done with it. These bikes fit a very large range of riders, they are light, perform well and they are much cheaper to buy than the 4 stroke bikes. The only thing you might want to add is a larger gas tank. The only bike you will ever need.
Thanks for the videos Josh.

I've never ridden a 2 stroke dirt bike, but I'm looking into getting a 125.
Quality channel deserves more recognition

I’m thinking of trying to get my first dirt bike I’m 15 and I’m thinking of getting a yz125 for a first bike
Anybody know the Track ID from the intro? What a soundbomb
I am planning to get one soon if I’ve ridden before and have some experience which one would be better 2 stroke or 4 stroke or is it just preference
Looks good!
I ve never ride a bike, 250 sx like a first moto is too much?

Jesus will provide superior satisfaction and joy. Motorbikes are second on the list.
