I think this is an old quarry that is now used for recreational scuba diving. I see some buoys floating in the background. They sink all kinds of stuff in there for the divers to explore. I’ve been to one that had an airplane and boats and a school bus etc. Stuff grows on it and fish are attracted.
Easy, just throttle up before the embankment, then fly up and land on trailer. Trailer is obviously made of rubber, so it will land nice and soft. BEER TIME!!

Definitely a diving quarry by the looks of the barrels floating in the water. Probably sunk it because the owner didn’t want it and old and became a new diving attraction. My diving quarry has a similar set up with a boat that size.
😮 okay that's nice. You can launch it in from an embankment like that. It looks like a lake or something but how you going to pull it back up on the trailer? Boy, you need a strong winch to pull away to the boat back up on the trailer like that. Thank you!.
It's an old rock quarry used for scuba diving. Not only is there no ramp, the walls are a straight drop. If they'd backed up any farther there was the risk of it taking the truck with it.
I am truly curious… if the boat will be used, why not bring it in from another suitable boat launch? Instead, they destroy the trailer and took a big risk of destroying the boat.
Doesn't look like the boat is seaworthy enough to be launched yet. Cleaned up with a fresh coat of paint and sealer it might be nice. I wonder how deep the gouges in the boat were from the trailer and roots during the launch...
@@douglasmesina6922 They went to Home Depot to buy the sledge hammer they used to punch holes through the hull of that POS boat and deliberately sink it in the middle of the lake in order to dispose of it.
Looks like they might have done that once or twice. I've seen worse as the boat pops them back into shape when put back on. Steel trailers are a little less forgiving.
Let's be honest. He found the boat for free online. Borrowed a Buddies trailer and a buddies truck. If he didn't damage the hull or bow gouging it off the trailer, then I'm sure he'll never pay his "buddy" back for the trailer 😂
I used to do something a little similar I used to back up as fast as I can to a predetermined spot and my spotter would yell now and I would slam my brakes on and the boat would just fly right off the back. Never had a problem. I would use an overpriced private pay ramp to get the boat out
I’ve seen this video many times but just realized they probably didn’t care about the trailer or the boat considering they are launching that bohemoth in a small pond or quarry . They are probably making a floating party barge spot in their personal pond.
How much in scrap did you get after totally destroying the trailer And how will you get the boat out of that quarry before it gets rotted and sinks most likely contaminating the ground water to the neighbors Wells?!
None of you realize that this was a free boat that was given to them they wanted to put it in the pond permanently they had no plans to reuse or keep the trailer so they put the boat in the water the only way that seemed possible being there is no boat launch in the pond
So many questions. For example, why would you launch a boat of that size on a pond that has no boat launch? Oh, and why would you have a boat up on a trailer and not even clean it before putting it back in the water?
