Honestly it has taken me sometime to figure this out but it’s true our region is unique we have a strong labor maker and are a huge health care hub with so many jobs just for that industry alone which are high paying fields. I think the prices you see are here to stay because of this and other factors. It’s the new normal

Its good for those who already own property but bad for those hoping for relief from high prices.
