I've had difficulty going into detail about quantifiable metrics in roles where I didn't have access to numbers but knew I made an impact in those numbers. For example, my performance was critical to gaining more business/accounts from a client yet I don't know how much revenue those accounts brought to the company. Those numbers were only communicated amongst the execs above me.
Thanks for the awesome video! My resume is a bit over a page long so I’m trying to decide whether to remove my leadership (1 experience) or project section (1 project). I’m currently at my first job out of college. Any tips/suggestions would be great!
One thing I don't like about duffel bags is that they lose their form when on the shoulder. They become U shaped. I'd like to see some that retain their shape.
Thank you so much for the content. I have seen mixed views on - 2 pages is fine by some while some say 1 page is best. I would be starting my career, basically I have 4 internships in the relevant field, multiple projects ( I choose 2 to showcase, added my github and LinkedIn for the rest), skills and educational columns. Is there anything to add? I have several certifications, however if I include them and 1 more project it will be 1.5 pages What should I do? Need your advice on this sir. Thank you
Perhaps you can include the certifications in one sentence, and just showcase the results of your projects. Hyperlink the word 'project' to a separate page or attach an additional document with in-depth information about all of the projects. Especially when you just start your career, it's important to keep it short, concise and to the point (1 page). Other than that, sounds like it's gonna be a great resume. Wish you all the best and thanks for your comment!
@@RDelescen I followed these steps. I added my github link at the top for the projects. By any chance, can you do a quick review of my resume? I can send you over email. 🙏 an expert advice would be helpful Do I really need to mention the soft skills in the resume? Like adaptive, time management etc? Aren't these Buzzwords? Lastly, do I need to add my picture in the headline? Some are saying yes, while some are suggesting not to
I'd say no, because the purpose of a profile picture is to show a realistic representation of your appearance. On the other hand, if you aspire a career in the NFT, tech or art sphere...
Insightful ! Sir i have a 4 yrs career gap so how should i mention it in resume & more importantly how to explain it to recruiters in upcoming interview when i haven't done much voluntary work etc due to family reasons, duties but have watched many useful lectures on TH-cam so can i mention that or will that be too smaller reason for them to judge me ? What could be some best answers..
Greetings. I've seen many resume tips stating to say just that. That because of your reliability, problem solving, ability to think under stress or duress, capacity to resolve conflict and due to your empathy, your family relied heavily on you to care for that particular family situation (end of care, post operation, therapy companion...) and that's why you had that gap. Best of luck!
And that because you can mediate between people you were able to successfully get your family to unite under a common goal towards the resolution of the conflicts presented. Ok I don't know if all of that applies to you, so take the parts that you can trully prove.
@@Araian85 It means a lot 😊 Very encouraging for me ! Thanks a Million 💚 sometimes words can have the power to heal the deepest wounds. Yes you guessed it right in my situation i helped my mother to complete her job till the retirement age for past 4yrs that's completed now so hopefully i can get to search for & a job now to prove myself. Could you suggest any best books or mentors to read for tackling these tough times & resisting the feelings of giving up when feeling low or behind in life...
I've seen videos saying it was a red flag to employers to see pronouns on a resume and I feel like a birthday would let people know they you were too old or too young for a position. I was wondering why you put pronouns and a birthday on the template.
Thanks for watching! Add me on LinkedIn if you want to grow professionally together 😎(Link in the description)
Love the positive attitude, high production value, and valuable content. Example resume is aesthetic and optimized.

Can you quantify your efforts? Like what activities and how often did you perform them to achieve a certain outcome.
5 stars for this video. Thanks
Thank you sir for info
Always welcome Aldo!
I used it in my paper essay, and it was really useful.👍😊

Thanks for your comment Juan! That's a difficult one for me to decide since I don't know your situation. Perhaps you can link to your project?

I appreciate your work. I saw that you used contact emojis. Is it advisable to use contact emoji's in a healthcare resume?
Thanks Olamide! I'd say yes :)
Hi, can u make a video of making this resume? Thank you so much
How far back in terms of work experience should you go
