loved the queens apartments gorg and food sign me up
Thanks for watching!
Never fall for the new construction. Those covers in the elevator will be there till you die.
Wow, many of these houses are atrocious. I'm genuinely concerned about what it's going to look like when I enter the market... so much money for such little return. Disappointed
There are other options depending on your criteria.
Its not worth bro
3700 for maintenance is absurd
Thanks for watching. The maintenance includes real taxes and all utilities
@@justinmartineznyc makes sense
Brooklyn
Thanks for watching!
Why you gonna show a $ 1.3 mil house when the title says for $ 1 mil? I know you wanna show and sell but this is misleading.
Thanks for watching. I did say that before I toured the space lol
Is this supposed to be nice looking? Manhattan and queens definitely have something nicer than that
1st brooklyn one was nice
Brooklyn or Manhattan would work for me
I'm with you!
For that price and no central air condition?
What kind of jobs do you guys have that pay you to be able to purchase and rent this kind of places?
Jobs in finance, attorneys, nurses, doctors, marketing, IT, etc. NYC has higher salaries than other cities.

They all looked shite to me lol.
Manhattan

100000 get you Nothing
$8600 a month in taxes for the Staten Island house 🤯
Big error on my part. It's $8600 per year
1,000,000 in Philly gives you soooo much more
I need to go on a tour of Philly :)
Has anyone ever heard of Bellrose New York in Queens county look it up, it’ll be worth your while
I didn't choose Bellrose since most buyers considering Bellrose are also considering Nassau County in Long Island.
@@justinmartineznyc then go to Franklin Square, Nassau County it’s even cheaper than Bellrose and you could take the LIRR right into Manhattan
@@justinmartineznyc Franklin squares of very family oriented neighborhood with great schools and probably the most white county that can get you into Manhattan and less than one hour
@@anthonylarocco6763 Next video I'll compare out side of NYC boroughs with suburban neighborhoods :)
What are these monthly taxes on these places? Property taxes are paid yearly not monthly.
For which property?
@@justinmartineznyc the second and third
@@Kev4Kev property taxes are paid monthly. I know I messed up for the state island property. The taxes listed were for the year.
@@justinmartineznyc Is that a nyc thing ? Because where I live they are paid annually.
How did you just walk past that toilet? Is that normal there to just have a toilet put in the open?
Are you referring to the Staten island listing?
Bronx. That toilet next to the garage
@@Angel-810 No that's not normal. I think the seller is just storing in the basement since they replaced it with another one.
@@Angel-810 I'm not sure if this is the case here, but a lot of older buildings had/have a toilet and a washbasin or even a small shower in the basement or laundry area. The idea was that Dad would come home from work, working in a factory...meat plant...etc. so he could get rid of his dirty working attire and freshen up before entering the main living area.
The Bronx ❤
