Some setting exercises for good knee tracking can be done prior to starting any fitness or dance workout. We do a lot in our barre and Flex and Stretch workouts. Simple holding a static plie in parallel on two legs then transferring to one then the other always holding for 30seconds on each will help strengthen the muscles either side of your knee.
