    Finally someone doing an actual review on the 85 in size. Too late for me tho I just got the tv myself and its amazing. For anyone reading this dont be skeptical of wether to choose 75 or 85 because of the ads pro panel. I now have both and they are very hard to difference. Especially when theres 10 inches of difference im just immersed. Quality of both tv's overall is very good and the brightness feels like im staring at the sun.

    This tv is awesome. Ive been using lg oled for the past 5 years and while the u8n isnt quite as good color-wise the 85 inch is still a very impressive special tv. ive had it for a couple weeks now and gaming on it is amazing but it requires a lot of calibration to get the picture right, but once you do its definitely up there with the best tvs for half the price!

    I just wonder why didn’t you use the 4 rubbers to go between the brackets and back of the tv if your screws were too long?

    I got the 75in cus it has more dimming zones than the 85 and the 65

      Too bad it has the worst panel of them all in regards to contrast, but everything else the 75” is sweet, but the horrible native contrast is a no go for me, especially coming from oled, so I’m in the 65” or go big or go home 85” range regardless of dimming zones.

    Looking into this TV. Is the stand for it centered in the middle or is it two stands on the left side and right side?

    • @boxiii
      @boxiii  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question, it’s one large stand centered in the middle

    Great video! Im a oled guy, but i wanted something bigger, but an 77" oled tv is very,very expensive here in Brazil. Is this u8n somehow close to an oled? I want an 85" that is way cheaper than an oled, but im really afraid its a huge step back comlaring to oled. I already own a samsung s90d. So what do you think? Its good to have both words, oled and mini led, or is bettet i try to save more money and get an oled 77"? Thank you very much.

      Hey! I appreciate it very much. The two key factors that this tv excelled with were brightness and contrast. When I directly compared the U8N to my Sony BRAVIA XR A8OL OLED in my master bedroom I was pretty impressed. Mainly because of the similarities between them. While I can’t say it’s a 1:1 comp with the OLED it’s closer than I expected. I don’t think you would be let down at all if you went with this over that. Especially at the price points! In my opinion it would really boil down to the room conditions (is there lots of natural light or is it dark like a basement) and if you had your heart dead set on an OLED or you are looking for something close at a great price. Thanks for watching!! Hope this helps.

      @boxiii it helped a lot. I think im going for the u8n 85" for the size/price, once i already have a s90d and have the brst of both worlds. Great video. The best about u8n that ive seen, and im watching a lot to decide. With god of war and some part of movies. Most channels show fortnite or something like that to show 120hz or whatever. And i dont carw about that, i eant to see the games with grrar graphics to show what the tv is capable of. Because to me, picture is most important thing about a tv. Thank you very much for your time and make me decide.

      @@diego1294I would replace my LG b3 with this tv. I have 2 oled TVs at home and this tv would definitely not be a downgrade especially because it has Dolby vision.
