Man, if you think about it draymond has been a godsend sometimes and a curse to us. He basically cost us a chip, he ran kd away, he punched poole and got him traded, we was forced to pay him his extension, that led to us not being able to resign klay so basically he contributed to breaking up the splash bros

Have to take the good with the bad in life. This is real life and not some fairytale. Stuff isn't linear and doesn't always go the way we envision.
Stop living off nostalgia. Draymond is a far more valuable player than klay and always was. But especially at this point in their careers. Draymond is still an elite defender, passer, screen setter etc. Klay shouldn’t be demanding a max when his play did equal that especially the past two years in the playoffs when it matters the most. He’s not what he used to be unfortunately. The only mistake was letting him walk and not trading him last season. Draymond is a unstable double edged sword indeed but 4 rings is still 4 rings

There was no market for what he wanted, so he decided to emphasize a three year with a player option. Feels like a jerk move honestly. But maybe it's best for both. He couldn't accept being a backup on the Warriors.

12% state tax so let’s do the math 16M a year. Given he was offered 24M by the warriors he would have gotten 24M-2.8M per year in state taxes. He could have gotten 21M if he stayed with the warriors and accepted the deal.

I'm less concerned about the offense. Team just couldn't get consistent stops last year. Kuminga needs to lock in and play hard all game.
Their championship season while klay was still sidelined they were tied for first, Wiggins was an all star starter avg 18 on 42% from 3 and draymond was the runaway dpoy before his injury. I think wiggins should be traded tho
@@HKim0072 His attitude was fine, he accepted his role on the bench and played through the season. If he had an attitude problem, he would've had a few choice words for the warriors, hating "fans", the media and anyone else who was listening!

For Klay to take what amounts to $16.7 million per year tells me the Warriors offered him less and/or told him he'd be coming off the bench. the warriors roster currently is still at best a 1st round exit in the playoffs. thats if they even get there to begin with. while the mavs made it all the way to the finals. ill be real, how bad would the warriors fromt office feel if klay got a 5th ring with the mavs next season and the warriors bowed out 1st round?
