What is d dimer is >500ng/ml and ct-pa is neg. I'm guessing this rules out p.e., but what would you consider as a possible diagnosis now.. because of the Elevated d-dimer

When you already have kidney failure, the contrast cannot impair the kidney more. So is it possible to still do an ct pulm angio?
