It's not possible to find home for 160 to 180k right this minute. Homes where most small cities are and next to major cities are rising. 2bd 1ba Homes are sky rocketing like crazy. Its best to stay put until the bubble burst.

Depends on how much homes you own and their quality, but if you do it right...allot

If you own 1,000 homes with a positive cash flow of $500 a month that would be 500,000 a month.
