I think what you are asking is "Will houses drop to as low as they did in 2008?" Houses won't drop that low ever again. Those were special circumstances and this new recession is completely different. Will the housing market dip, sure, but not to those levels.
How do you borrow to buy an investment property if you take a HELOC and your home value deppreciates? Also with borrowing rates being high wouldn't this effect monthly income?
