    So true! I had major sleeping problems for a long long time, either couldn‘t fall asleep in the evening for hours or would wake up around two/three o‘clock in the night and not be able to gather sleep again. Then finally I was diagnosed sensitive to gluten and dairy products (not by a doctor!) and I got probiotics etc and changed my diet. The quality of my sleep has improved so much ever since! Gut and Brain are the Same! So if you feel tired, unmotivated or depressed: check your gut and improve your diet!

    The best thing I ever did was fix my gut biome, or feed the healthy bacteria I should say. My sleep has changed tremendously, amongst a lot of other things that come with it. I was THE worst sleeper. I had trouble falling asleep, and when I did fall asleep I would wake up an hour later wide awake and start over. On average waking up at least 2 or 3 times a night. No bs. Since eating healthy organic whole foods and upping my healthy fats like extra virgin Olive oil....life changing!

    I SUSPECTED this connection! So glad to hear some confirmation from a reliable source! In the last couple of months I have been having insomnia and bad sleep issues. I HAVE had intestinal problems! I have very recently began a cleansing and pre/probiotic diet and routine in the hope that it might help me.

    Thank you for these videos. I have been asking these questions for over 25 years no one would listen or if they did, give me the answer I need. Alopathic drugs have all given me more issues than they fix. I am fighting up hill to get well, and get my family well. Nearly every issues referenced in this video has affected me directly, as well as family members

    I have listened and listened to every Guru out there about health and sleep and yeast problems in microbiome issues. Now I have my own microbiome issues out of just trying to make sense of it all. buying all organic grass-fed beef grass-fed chicken grass-fed turkey. Organic vegetables wherever I can find it it is too much for some people and these so-called experts do nothing but stress us out over things in life that should not be stressed out about. They give people anxiety about the food that they're putting in their body even though they are trying the best they can to be as healthy as they can. Then they make clinics that are only meant for the rich Folk and as poor folk are left to nothing but stomach problems and sleep issues. Not to mention it has to be grass finished or you're still getting poor meat. So all you're left with is not being able to afford the health care of functional medicine because it's too expensive and and then you have to go to Conventional doctors and you're stuck on medicines that will kill you anyway so it's better not to listen to podcast look at documentaries or any other things of that matter because in the end you're going to have health problems trying to keep up with all of the information

    • @misticondrey4381
      @misticondrey4381 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not to mention the money you spend on their products, books and supplements. Lectins will get you, carbs will get you, environment will get you, my head is spinning just thinking about it.

      I understand your frustration and agree with much of what you said, but I have to disagree with your final assessment. It was only because I took the time to wade through a lot of videos and conflicting information that I was able to cure my horrible eczema and blepharitis. No doctors helped me before that. I had to eliminate foods, fast, and experiment with adding things back, but it was so worth it to end that wretched itching! Mainstream medicine and nutritional information is a disaster. By sifting through all the info and listening to your body, you absolutely can eat in peace. Also, ignore the comments and worries of others. It's personal and nobody's business.

      @@TerriblePerfection I feel like there should be a non profit organization for this kind of approach. There are so many people that need this but not the funds or the means. Truly if these individuals with this kind of knowledge would have compassion on people and know sometimes it's better to help than make a dollar maybe there would be less pain in the world.

      @@misticondrey4381 Yes, greed is the reason why the current paradigm can't be overturned. Too many livelihoods depend on us remaining fat, diabetic, and sick. But you can start with yourself and be a model for others. When you glow with good health and don't suffer from depression, it can spark another person's healing journey. Take heart, and mend the system one person at a time. 👍

      @@TerriblePerfection overly obsessed was my problem. I have live the organic grasssfed meat lifestyle for a while now. Eating as many fresh fruits and veggies as I can. My problem is I got cocky thinking I had it perfectly figures out. I took out carbohydrates. Which is the worst think you can do to your stomach. I over work myself in a very physical job lift weights and enjoyed walking and now I'm 110 lbs and unhealthy . It can go another direction. I'm saying there needs to be understanding on this kind of information. Now I have no direction on how to get back except through conventional medicine. I have no clue what to eat. They like to give advice on how to get you there but no maintenance plan . No what yo do when the weight loss is over with. No real guidance just a bunch vague advice.
