24:32 Fun fact: Do you remember the movie called "Train to Busan"? The director of this film will remake the Train to Busan film in a American version, so the film will be directed by Timo Tjahjanto, produced by James Wan and New Line Cinema.
Good news for you guys, a sequel/spin off to this is currently in production. It's called The Shadow Strays, and looking at the casts looks like they're going to different direction a bit. It's going to be interesting to see how it's gonna tie to the story and maybe we can get the bigger picture about Six Seas. As someone else already mentioned in the comments, The Big 4 also a fun flick directed by the same guy Timo Tjahjanto but this time it's more about action comedy. The Big 4 also becoming a franchise with sequels planned. The director also has some cool horror stuff like his May The Devil Take You movies, something similar to Evil Dead but Timo got his own spin on it. I don't know if you guys into horror but might as well to check those out.

We didn't realize it at the time, but we did find out later that it was in fact Julie Estelle playing both roles. We've even been talking about watching more of her films next year. Thanks for the praise. Cheers!🍻

25:42 there's actually a deleted scene about the girl, The Operator and her mission. Just giving hints and a little bit world building for more stuff, because this was supposed to be a trilogy. Even Mad Dog was supposed to be in it as well. This was supposed to be produced by Merantau films (who did The Raid movies), Gareth Evans was supposed to be the producer as well. Unfortunately at the time they had problems financially, so they had to scrap it right before the production started. But then in 2016 Timo (along with Kimo Stamboel as the Mo Brothers) made an action film too with Iko Uwais, Headshot (2016). They brought it to TIFF if I'm not mistaken, and then Netflix saw it and basically they gave Timo the money for TNCFU so he finally able to make it happen.
I’m still amazed this movie didn’t get more attention. It might be the most brutally violent action film I’ve ever seen. Absolute mad lads coming from every direction.

my theory on 'the operator' she's some sort of secret govt agency to take down triad six seas bosses and assassins. she doesn't belong to any organized crime syndicates. heavily trained and access to any weapons and she works alone. fatih and white boy bobby characters are awesome to have as friends...they will fight for you till the end...till death comes. i recommend 'Headshot' not on 'raid' or 'NCFU' level but i still watched it because iko and julie aka hammer girl is there.
Great theory. I like movies like this, that intentionally leave things to interpretation, and allow us to draw our own conclusion. It makes sense that she would be like a Sleeper agent, or a lone govt. operative that would take sides to prevent someone worse from assuming power, or even just to balance the scales. Thanks for sharing you're insight we love getting different points of view!
