I had a coach tell me to just do purple during personal points but didn’t ask how, just started by quick adding points to get to -30% of dailies..I recall my reduced fat Dr eyes ice cream went up a pt on the 1 after purple but I won’t sweat it..not giving up my free ww lifetime now..but thx..may do healthi at Black Friday sale
Hi Manya, I recently did a trial of Slimming World and it seemed like how I remember the Purple Plan (so carbs like brown rice, pasta, quinoa and potatoes are "free foods" as well as fruit, veg, fat free yogurt, eggs, lean meat etc.). I felt that the plan was a bit stingy in terms of treats though, I always seemed to go over my allowance and it was discouraging. I'm thinking of going back to WW 😊
What worked for me in 2006 was Turnaround, and I maintained a 40-50 pound loss until I lost a few friends during Covid. When I tried Purple, each day I'd do a tally in my mind of Turnaround points, and I was somehow always on target! Now I want to try Turnaround eating mostly Purple foods like the healthy grains, oatmeal, lean meats, fruit and veggies, etc. I've got tons of paper trackers from ebay, so this is my plan. Track Turnaround with Purple in mind.

Ich bin aus 🇦🇹Austria. Mein Land hat sich leider letztes Jahr schon von Weight Wachter getrennt. Ich lasse mich aber gerne von solchen Videos wie dieses hier motivieren um dran zu bleiben und meinen Gewichtsverlust zu halten👍🏻

@@ShorrThing It's the 2006 version of Weight Watchers with the points slider. Points were figured based on calories, fat, and fiber.
