- I just couldn't resist. Once I learned I could cover my creation with needle mouths I knew it had to be done. Now when things run into me they don't just get hurt, they get eaten during the process. I cover every possible angle so there's no safe way to approach it. Everything that wants to eat it gets eaten instead during the process. This is clearly the pinnacle of evolution and nothing will ever top it. Not even this thing with legs.

Fun fact: in the files of this game there is for some reason some mentions of a “cake editor”. As far is I know, nobody knows why this is in the game. Maybe it would have been a game where you make cakes.
It could also be that every time they tried to remove it everything breaks, like how you some times can find random object hidden in game or just off the map.
Maybe when you become so evolved, you make cakes
When you advance to civilization stage, one of the creatures suggests pie, so maybe you're onto something...

Wouldn't be the first time a game had leftover code from what it was originally gonna be. Can't remember what game it was, but some shooter or action game was originally supposed to be a free roam racing soft body physics game. So one of the place holders for any vehicles in cutscenes was that they all had soft body physics. Plus it was linked to a free roam "button" that didn't have any actual code

I have made a longboat with a 2 jet booster. It chases down anything with 16 fins 2 jets and a proboscis mouth for ramming. At top speed it bypasses electricity because by the time the game thinks you are electrified it also thinks you are eating.
I get ur point but if you add a shit ton of jets and make spike worm you are like a exclaimer with a jet attached to the back

If I remember correctly, if you hold alt while hovering over a part you can manipulate it more (such as stretching spikes to be longer XD)

The spiky sausage actually reminds me of a real animal that lived on earth during the Cambrian period. It's called "Hallucigenia" (literally "weird bug that looks almost like a hallucination"), and it is just a long, worm-like body with rows of spikes, some legs for it to wiggle around, and no eyes
Edit: Hallucigenia had two simple eyes, but those work about as good as whatever organ that gave DF's danger sausage the limited sight range.

When your so early that it says "no views" but there are already 87 likes
if you want true suffering, you should alternate spikes and tubes (anything big enough to bite you would suffer). also, a single jet would make you quick enough to catch almost anything you need to - it would be a very small sacrifice to your DNA, and you could slightly space your other parts, a little

I found out that the more eletricity things you have the faster they recharge. You fould add a dozen or so and basically no creature could come near you without getting shocked
take a shot every time he says “suffering”, “misery”, “penetration”, “suck”, or “spikes”.
Spore videos about creating abominations is what my 2020 needed.

spore tip i forgot to add on the last video, in the creature stage(the one where you put on legs) you can make your creature shorter or longer by the arrow at the end of the spine on the creature.

The creature that cannot see, cannot move... It has only one propriety:
It sucks.
Here's a tip put the creature size at max out a lot of tiny pieces near each other and then slowly increase their size, then make the creature body thin again, that way you can have a bunch of overlapping pieces

Glad to see you playing this old nostalgia trip of a game, but you should film more than just the cell stage, although, this will require a working creature. You can make animals with 100s of parts. There’s also a tribal stage and a city building stage. There’s also a space stage but we don’t talk about that. Trust me, it’s good content.

Me: think of it this way, the faster you go the harder you can impale things.
There's a mod that lets you design creatures in this first stage in three dimensions, that way you can fit even more spikes onto your creature (and hide anything that isn't a spike).
This means you can have "eyes" without actually having eyes, as well as better maneuverability. *And* more spikes on top of that.
I believe there's also a mod for removing complexity restrictions.
