+Dario Western Because it's pretty damn hard to do without the musical ingenuity that this band possesses. Issues was under wraps pretty much up until this EP was released due to the amount of time it took for them to get this sound. Not an easy feat. Amazingly talented band. :)
+Kurt Schawacker Sounds like they all contributed quite a lot to the sound, too. Scout's solo stuff is very jazzy electronic stuff (check out Scout!'s tracks "Alki", "Midnight Donuts" and his remix of BMTH - Can You Feel My Heart, if you haven't - they go a long way to showing how he contributes to Issues in my opinion) and Tyler's obviously very R&B influenced, so it's no surprise that they've influenced the group's sound - Tyler because he's the vocalist so he's at the forefront of all the tracks, and Scout 'cause he's the producer so he has the final say on it all, basically. The rest of the band obviously contribute, too, but I don't think they're what make it such a unique sound (not that that makes them any less talented!).

+Torque Bow It's a story how a chain reaction would happen if someone abuses someone in his/her life. The kids will eventually bear the curse by seeing them parents as an example. In the video you can see the father of her kid in his past life, abused by his dad along with his mom. "You planted a seed, now a storm inside you" the line says she's also fucked up like what happened to his dad. "Now she's bearing another mouth you can't feed" meaning she got impregnated

I went through this in 2010. My dad was a drunk, my mom and dad were always fighting and me my mom and my brother left and went to another state. I cried every night because I just wanted to be with my dad. But we were 16 hours away from him and after 4 months we came back home and he cleaned himself up and has been sober for a little over 4 years. This song and video really touches my heart and it always gets a tear out of me.

never met tyler but michael (screamer) is actually really chill and super sweet and approachable. the rest of the band are insanely down to earth and they talk to you like a friend and not some kid that likes their band. probably the nicest band i've met, i was pleasantly surprised
Literally!! My and my friend waited for them to come out after the show was over and we got to chill with them for a bit! They were incredibly down to earth and friendly, they treated us like we'd known them for years. Amazing people.
Not only is Issues incredibly talented, but these music videos... my favourite band.

Here I am, a person that pretty much listens to just strictly Hip Hop and RnB but yet finds this pretty good. I'm usually someone that almost despises the screamo scene but these guys pulled it off pretty well. :)

Ive been listening to this for as long as i can remember and i've been thinking about how my father lets my mother hurts me and my brother. My father cannot do anything about it because he wanted us to grow as a family yet my mother continues to be abusive. Although my situation isn't really relatable to this song i still think this helped me. I've become so much like my mom the past few years and listening to this song actually helped me realize that i don't want to end up like her. never getting tired of this

I'll soon graduate college in less than a month. I move out as soon as i can (i live in asia so culture is quite different from the west) and finally I hope i can give my 17 yo self the peace of mind away from my mother as i deserve it. it was a very bumpy ride and tbh not expecting id be alive after 21 yo. crazy but life's been good and bad. this song still speaks to me.

Never understood how there are people that like being in miserable relationships. Their are other fish in the sea, but they choose the degrading girlfriend, or the abusive boyfriend. It's something I'll probably never understand, but, to me, it is an intriguing topic.

It's because the person theyre with is usually very manipulative and sometimes it can be very hard to leave. Especially when they're not financially independant, or if they have a child to explain it too. Some peoplr are probably scared too, especially if theyre with a physically abusive person.
Usually women or men stay in abusive relationships because that's what they saw when they were younger. I don't really know how to explain it.
