  • Anthony Bourdain joins The Balvenie to celebrate some of America’s most talented and dedicated craftspeople. From hand-tailored suits to cast iron skillets, Raw Craft is an online film series documenting the lives and works of the committed individuals at the forefront of the American craft movement. The Balvenie’s longstanding alliance with craft is a result of the distillery’s dedication to the five rare crafts of whisky making, which allow them to achieve their distinctive taste and exceptional quality. Interview at AOL HQ in NYC for BUILD Series.

apachedisco ok, I was referring to the series. You have a bit more of a point for this piece. I would blame the interviewer more for that though.

I avoided restaurants with pictures or that offered spaghetti bolognese (not a real Italian dish) and had all good meals in Rome......

It boggles the mind how disruptive the voice of that moderator is. Just let the stars tell their stories for God sake. He sounds like the moderator from Starship Troopers. That ridiculous.

Agree! His voice pitch is so horrible and too much talk. Stealing the guest's wisdom talk. Love this show! Anthony cool. sexy!

On top of all that, he was sitting next to the Balvenie Rep who grew up in Scotland - and he didn’t know what a “dram” was. Jesus, do your homework!
