    I always imagined that if cured/aged properly, the crêpe myrtle wood would be absolutely amazing as a guitar or a violin. Why is this relevant? Indeed that is the question.

    I have bought a gazillion of bottles of whisky and yes, next will be a Balvenie. If nice, a few more will go into the cabinet :)

    I'd really love to know how many times that Morgan left you stranded on the road during your trip.

      Why would a modern Morgan leave anyone stranded?

      The music I think is just as low as any broadcast program. Besides, that's my track "Armistice" in the first 6 mins of the film ;-)

    no one had the heart to tell the woman that you you dont put whiskey bottles on there head becaue over time the whiskey will actually burn through the cork. thats why corks in whiskey are so much smaller then wine, so that it never touches the alcohol haha

    With all due respect gentlemen, you have NOT been all over America. A good portion yes, but I can not believe that you skipped Georgia, North and South Carolina, Kentucky,Tennessee and Arkansas. I would have thought with our rich Irish heritage that it would have been a must stop area. Your loss.

    • @AndrewCrossSection
      @AndrewCrossSection 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Crawford Hitt "our rich Irish heritage".............you realize that these gentlemen are Scottish, right?

    • @crawfordhitt
      @crawfordhitt 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ha Ha, yes it should have read "Scott Irish heritage", But that aside it sort ticks me off the south is routinely passed over for craftsmen. We have some of the most talented potters, hand made musical instruments, weavers, blacksmiths and many other artist that never get the recognition they deserve. To their credit they do have at least one basket weaver (long needle pine) out of Charleston on their main site.

      Your comment reminds me of the descendants of the many Czech and German settlers of Texas still crafting world class brews and meats without accolades and recognition. Most of the time, the very best of it can NEVER be bought. Only gifted to you if you're fortunate enough. Lol

    Ok so they filmed in New Orleans, NYC and San Fransisco. I doubt they ACTUALLY drove across the USA. Makes no sense financially or logisticly. Wish they could have been more honest about that part.

      Sounds like you totally have no understanding of the whole purpose of the show. It isn't about finances or logistics or any of that happy horseshit. It is about doing things with our hands, dedicating ourselves to an art, commitment to being the best at what we do. These things take time...and care little about doing things fast or on the cheap.
