    Brittany girl!! The witch hazel is a game changer. When you first dropped the video I watched and implemented and girl I’ve noticed a huge difference. I use it twice a day after my showers. Also I implemented the tongue scrapper and fenugreek. I do notice I smell like maple syrup when I sweat and sometime even when I urinate lol. The one thing I’ll say about the fenugreek is I notice I had to empty my period cup more then usual but it did not change the length of my period. I love these tips. Good job! ❤

    Witch hazel can have drying effects on skin (which is why some people don't recommend for a toner). Extra dryness could cause the glands to sweat even more than normal. I would watch out for that!

    You have some great tips Brittany. Im 65 when I was a child my mother would wash our hair in rain water, which was carted from the outside tank, heated up on the stove and then mixed with cold water. We would have our hair washed standing over the kitchen sink. My hair was so shiny, I remember people commenting, Kim you have such shiny hair. I live in Australia and our main source of water was from a well, which was pumped up to a tank stand and that water was very hard. Love Kim :)

  • @safia_og_1.0
    @safia_og_1.0 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    If you don't have a water filter, you can make a vinegar hair rinse (doesn't have to be apple cider vinegar. Any vinegar, diluted in water will do). If you don't like the smell of vinegar, you can try lemon juce (diluted!). Hard water is alkaline and acids help with that. Best is to get some of these acidity strips and test out how much vinegar/lemon juice is needed for your water to get a PH of about 4. In my area, I dilute 20ml of lemon juice with 500ml of water. I found the easiest way for rinsing to use a shaker.

    Thanks for sharing! Please check with your ob/gyn before ingesting fenugreek while pregnant. Fenugreek has been known to induce labor and/or cause miscarriage during pregnancy before the 37th week mark. However, using fenugreek while breastfeeding can be beneficial for increasing milk supply. Also, check which feminine hygiene products (tampons, pads, etc) you (or your daughter, sister, niece, etc) are using since a lot of them contain harmful chemicals. 🙂

    Great tips.
    I use Veet hair removal cream for my legs & under arms. I’m far too much of a coward to shave or wax. A friend waxed my legs a few years ago & I nearly cried with the pain.
    A couple of things I’m really fussy about is showering every day. I couldn’t go a day without having a shower, especially on my bits.
    Also, after a no 2 I use wipes. Years ago before they were invented I used a flannel & even now I use a separate towel & flannel for my body & bits. I hate the thought of drying my face etc with the same towel that I’ve dried on my bum etc.

    He had to have a lot of guts to do this video Bravo! One thing I will never go without again for the last 20 years I have owned a bidet. I've had a ceramic bidet and I've had a bidet toilet seat which is much more comfortable and easier but if the electricity goes out those little bottle bidets are just fine!

    Omg I haven’t watched the video yet but I saw the awkward essentials drop sticks in the thumbnail. They are the best thing ever invented!

    I don’t know if this may be helpful or if anyone will read, but a holistic doctor told me to stay away from polyester or synthetic bras, and only wear cotton bras due to breast cancer reasons. Also, I found this out by mistake, I was taking activated charcoal for my skin, but it helped regulate my period and I didn’t have any cramps. I was kinda upset because my period came back lol but I know it’s the healthy thing to have.

      You have to be careful with activated charcoal as it makes others medications less efficient. Especially The Pill especially if you are using for contraception (as people also use it for medical issues.).
