Love these videos. I was wondering if you could please inform yourself about endometriosis? It’s a terrible chronic condition with one in 10 women suffer from. A lot of women have it without even knowing because they are lead to believe the pain was normal. As you have a lot of women watchers, if you could make a video on it, it might help those who suffer from it but also just create awareness of the disease. Thank you :)
im a little confused why you're suggesting organic tampons as an alternative when some of the organic ones they tested had higher levels of arsenic than the non-organic ones.
Such a valuable video! I don’t often promote books, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is an exception. It’s packed with insights on wealth and self-care that are not widely known. All the best to everyone
I have a hard time using this when out in public all day. It does not last 12 hours on a heavy day and its more like every 4 hours that i have to change it but its hard to do that in a public restroom 😅
I appreciate your disclaimers about doing your own research, and talking to your own doctor. I do think there’s misinformation here about PMDD where the cause is not in fact low progesterone, rather, it is the way our system reacts to the change in hormone levels in the luteal phase. It’s not an imbalance. Thanks Brittany, I’m a fan, just wanted to share that.
Your comment is so vague…sorry. I am an RN and a woman who has been on bio identical progesterone since my hysterectomy at age 42…it made all the difference and I wish I had known about it when I suffered from dysmenorrhea.
A week ago, I switched to 100% organic cotton pads after using the Incognito brand for 20 years, which I should have done years ago. Not only because of the chemicals our tampons and pads have become over the years, but also for the comfort. They are so good, so soft and they absorb very well. I love it.
I have that exact pheromone perfume & I love the way it smells! I've worn pheromone perfume by Pure Instinct for YEARS as I was in the hospitality industry & I can say without a doubt, they work!!! I made a living off of being a tipped employee so you best believe I did anything I could to help my tips!
Get a bidet for your home If you don’t have one like in public bathrooms use an empty water bottle or wet some toilet paper and then use the restroom This will keep you cleaner with no added chemicals
They also are great with children. I could never get my 6-year-old autistic grandson to wipe his own bottom. I purchased a bidet attachment for the toilet. Problem solved! He loves it because he feels like a "big boy" now.
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Happy Thursday beauty! Maca is a plant native to Peru with thousands of years of history. Someone baptized it as the “super food”, since since the time of the Incas it was highly valued and different uses were assigned to it, from promoting fertility to combating insomnia - It is not an herb, it is a root, the root is the part that is used for health benefits.
I purchased the store brand of incontinence pads from a big box store that starts with W, and I immediatelty began having an extreme burning sensation, so I stopped using them and purchased pure organic pads. I have not had this problem since. I can't fathom all the chemicals they must use!
I have used that pheromone oil for many, many years. That specific oil used to only be available from Slumber Parties renamed Pure Romance. If you know, you know. 😉 Its really a beautiful scent. Men flocking might be a bit of a stretch, but I have received many compliments on it over the 25+ years that I have used it.
@Phoenixzen365 The oil that she linked in the video. It's called Basic Instinct. Looks like they have a bunch of different ones now, but there used to only be this one.
The chemicals they found in tampons are in such a minimal concentration. There is more of these chemicals in rice and other food we eat daily. They also found the chemicals after heating them up to a degree your body won't ever reach. So please don't fall for the "tampons will poison you" and use them, if this is the best option for you.
If it’s in multiple places in “minimal” amounts then eventually the amount being consumed isn’t minimal anymore. Do what’s best for you, yes, but “ignore the poison because it’s not that much” is not a good argument when the poison is everywhere. Instead I think so what you can to avoid the poison.
That Pepcid hack is not good for overall health. I’m surprised to see you mentioning/encouraging it. Lowering stomach acid hinders digestion, and you put forth so much care in what you eat. Gotta have stomach acid to make the most of all those nutrients.
It's not for every day use. It's something she is trying to help HER and mentioning it for others to do their own research and ask their Dr about. People have to use common sense.
Thanks for sharing these feminine tips Brittany. I feel like these things should be common knowledge and we all should have been taught as young girls🫣
Brittany, you look so happy 😊. Your hair pulled back on the side looks really good, too. I like your videos like this. I don't see anyone, else doing them. I have 4 Granddaughters, and 2 of them have already have there monthly. I don't anymore. So I am trying to catch up on what's good and not good. I really appreciate this video. Thanks and may you have a Blessed day.
You always put out the best videos with the best products. Thank you for finding all of these great items and doing all of that research so we didn't have to. You're truly the best. It is so wonderful to see you smile again. Have a blessed day 🌸 ...
I just LOVE these feminine hygiene tips videos! ❤️ I feel like you're the mom (we are the same age, so probably more like sister 😄) I never had! Thank you so much. Love all of your other content as well, but these are things many women don't talk about. And I don't know why we should be ashamed of sharing information, it's not like we wanted to have periods or anything else related to being a woman.
I just want to comment that I have been taking pepcid AC for months for a stomach condition and have not noticed any changes in my PMS/PMDD. But if it works for someone, go for it!
Great information for us ladies 🚺 👏. This topic should be discussed as it's so important not only for our health but also for the other reasons as well 😉 xoxoxo ✨️ 💕
Wow, you young'uns don't even have to suffer through having to wear a pad (no adhesive to stick to undies)... held on by a garter-type "belt"... it was HORRIBLE, and the pads always slipped around!! ❤

My husband has allergic reactions at times. His doctor told him to use Pepcid AC along with Benadryl when he has a reaction. It helps reduce the reaction more quickly.

Exactly this. Very irresponsible.
Right. It’s also up to women which products for women we want to use. The organic tampons aren’t a comfortable fit for me and they immediately leak.
You probably are a doctor or nurse and just wants us to follow the crazy herd
