Another hygiene tip I learned from a dermatologist is to use benzoyl peroxide face cleanser on your underarms to reduce bacterial load. Lather up your underarms and let it sit for 3 minutes then rinse. Voila. Less bacteria = less odor.
For me it's definitely the intimate area. I'm very sensitive and prone to imbalances, getting laser done would mean I would finally have peace from the hairs. I went a bit of a mad time where i went out with friends and just enjoyed myself . I was single for about 2yrs then met my husband now and we have our moments but he helps me with my self confidence. Take care of yourself and your kids and dont listen to what other people say. It is not on and they really should keep there mouths shut if they cant say nothing nice! Love sent all the way from uk. Love all of these tips only thing is respectfully please don’t use boiling hot water on your makeup brushes it will impact the glue that holds the handle to the brushes and they will fall apart and shed like crazy. On the sponges it should be ok.

I’m a gynaecologist and have to say, PLEASE do not try to “neutralize” your vagina. Your vagina is meant to be acidic and that’s what helps to keep the flora or naturally-occurring bacteria at the appropriate levels. If you make your vagina more basic by “neutralizing” it, you allow abnormal bacteria to grow and can cause infections and irritation. Leave your vagina alone! It is a self-cleaning structure and it knows what it’s doing! 🙂

Ever since I started taking collagen pills a couple of years ago, my eyelashes and eyebrows have regrown. Unfortunately I am now growing little hairs all over my face and neck. I'm not sure which is worse?!?!

on my whole body especially for facial hair. Those annoying whiskers would get blasted for sure. I suffer from hormonal imbalance and have unwanted dark hair that is noticeable. And it would cost so much less than going to a spa place.
