4 TBSP Duck fat 4 TBSP unsalted butter 2 cloves Garlic chopped Thyme - 5 sprigs/to taste (leaves only) - finely chopped (helps cover any odd liver flavors) 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup beef bone broth Put above ingredients into food processor and wait. 1lb beef liver - Cook liver in fat of choice on medium high heat until about medium well on both sides (He does it until blood starts coming out). Add to food processor while still hot. Blend everything up for a minute or two until smooth/desired consistency. Put in container, tap/bump container to help get bubbles out, and refrigerate for 3hrs at least.
My Mum used to make pate`s when I was growing up. She usually topped them with melted butter to help give something more when speading but it also sealed the pate` which I think helped it last a bit longer too.
That looks A.Mazing! I only have a blender and can't drop $200 on a food processer--will it work in a blender? LOVE these videos, love the music and the whole vibe. Keep 'em coming! (but I always cringe at metal used in non-stick)
I love the vibe of your latest vidoes. The love the lighting and the relaxing music. I feel like I'm just hanging out in your kitchen, drinking a glass of wine (Cabernet). Well done.
I'm cringing at the non-stick pan! Not the tongs on it. Use copper 😉 Thanks for the recipe. I need them, liverwurst, pate, whatever cuz I can't eat liver yuck!
My husband and I are new to the carnivore diet. What do you put this liver pate on? Normally I would think it would be put on some kind of bread or crackers. But since we're doing very very low carb we cannot do that.
I found that using a Dash mini pancake maker to make carnivore Flatbread works great for sandwiches! I mix 2 eggs, 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, a bit of salt, then spoon into a preheated mini pancake maker, you're shooting for a layer about 3/8" thick. I normally get about 4 flatbreads from this recipe. Cook for 2 mins, then flip and cook another 2 mins, remove and let cool, make sammich. I have also used pork rind panko added to the egg and cheese mixture in a waffle maker, but haven't tried it in the Flatbread yet. Great for burgers, ham and cheese sandwiches, and tuna sandwiches. You can make it savory, or add some monkfruit and cinnamon for a sweeter treat, haven't gone very far into experimenting in that direction though
I'm going to try a low salt version to share with my dog. It's always a fight to hide his pills in something he can take. Helps if he sees me eating it😂.
Wish you would be talking or at least put the recipe down below. I am 50% blind and cannot read the small print. Also the music is annoying. It looks good but I don't know what you"re putting in.

Sounds freaky even on carnivore but I love a heaped tablespoon of this spread over a reverse seared steak, it becomes meat butter.....
I made beef liver pâté once. It didn’t look 1/2 as good as this one!! Thank you for the inspiration to try again!! 🤩👏🏼
Love the captions
I've never made liver pate before but so willing to try!!! Looks so yummy!!! Beef Liver pate for your carnivore diet!

I made like this once(rosemary) but it was chicken liver...it was way better then one you buy
I agree
And thank you
Seems delicious!
Yummy!!!!!
This rocks thanks
Great vid and thank you for making it. Would you not have a better emulsification if you waited for all of the ingredients to be cold before blending?
I've found that they blend better when warm and they solidify much better this way
Ooh duck fat! I need to try that in my next pâté!

Blender will work. And this food processor was only $25
@@CarnivorousChef Wow, can you share a link for that processor?

Did you eat the whole thing? Dr. Berry say about 4- 8 oz liver a week. Really forward to be making this weekend. Thanks so much🍖🧈🥓🥚
Don't think I've ever seen anything like this before
😊I like the look of this recipe but just need to know the amount of liver you used, please? One pound maybe or half pound?
1lb
This would be great on carnivore bread 🥰
What is carnivore bread?
@@OzmaOfOzz yeah, srsly wtf

What brand of duck fat do you prefer?
I enjoy the taste of raw liver more. You should try this will raw liver.
Maybe one day
Where do you get the duck fat?
Where is the recipe, measurements of ingredients??
How’d you get your bone broth so dark?? Mine always comes out yellow.
Totally unrelated
What’s the name of that song?
What are you eating this with (carnivore)? That’s a lot of pate! And what knives are you using? They look good.
By itself or pork rinds
Delighted pate

Thanks for the recipe. I need them, liverwurst, pate, whatever cuz I can't eat liver yuck!
How much liver (like oz) is this? I’m gonna try making it tonight! Looks great
This was 1lb of liver and maybe 1.5lb total of pâté
Can you substitute duck fat with Ghee instead?

Is liver like steak in that it's safe to eat if you just sear the outside? I've overcooked and ruined this dish a few times now. So bitter. 😟
It is

What brand of food processor is that??
Hamilton beach

Isn't that Too much liquid content ?
I dunno , I prefer a firm bite
Reduce liquid if you want to. There's plenty of butter for it to firm up in the fridge.
Made your pan fried salmon recipe it was really tasty but the tarter sauce was exceptional. How long can I keep this pate in the fridge?
So happy you enjoyed it! And I usually say 7 days max. It'll smell off if it's bad
Great, just dont cook the liver!
