Hi, I want to give on suggestion to all who want to use Fuel Additives / Fuel System Cleaner. It will be best to use these items while doing long rides. As during long rides, the ignition becomes best and due to highway riding, a good amount of power is used constantly which will push the Fuel Additives / Cleaner into each part of the engine where combustion occurs and will clean in best way. Trust me, one will definitely feel better difference while long rides vs normal running.

Earlier it was misfiring, so I changed the oil & serviced it at TVS workshop a week ago. They tuned & cleaned my carburettor for this problem (don't know whether they cleaned it as i was not present during cleaning but they told me so) but now it is misfiring as well as struggling at high speeds. Do you have any solution 😢 ?
Change ignition coil(power coil) Even my 1604v(bs4) had the same issue Whenever I rev my bike it struggled automatically and got off and not reaching top speed Make sure that your wiring is good And Don't give to the service guys at the official TVS service center
Hey, i noticed that your front sprocket is different from the stock sprocket? Did you find any alternatives for the same? As earlier you tried installing ns200 chain sprocket to rtr200. If there's any alternative you have for rtr 200 chain then do let us know
Can ANYONE HELP OR SUGGEST ME My 2017 carburettor sr 150 scooter is consuming engine oil too fast & there is no white smoke coming from the exhaust system, i recently changed the engine oil & done 100km,my scooter takes 700 ml of engine oil the level was till maximum & after doing 100 km the level as dropped to the middle of max & min level , Fuel efficiency & pickup doesn't seems to be changed, I dont really want to change the cylinder head & piston which the mechanic are asking me to do also the authorised service centre guys didn't diagnosed it on my last visit where they replaced the sparkplug gasket for the engine oil dropping issue ( though there was some leakage there )

Check the tappet settings
Change ignition coil(power coil)
Even my 1604v(bs4) had the same issue

Make sure that your wiring is good
And
Don't give to the service guys at the official TVS service center
Check your valves and carburetor adjustment. Clean or replace air induction system. FInally check the ignition coil

It's because of improper oil changes...i suggest to change pistons head rocker arms timing chain...
