I realize i never modify the exposure density, i should take it more in count when i take pictures. This is a great video, and i can't wait to see what new addition there'll be for the sequel's photo mode.
Yes, I'm looking forward to that too. Can't imagine there will be wholesale changes, but some tweaks here and there would be nice, maybe poses for Spidey will be added?
I'm still a little confused on the lens focus distance, aperture etc. how do I get objects closest to the camera blurry while having everything in the background in focus?
Don't worry, it's not the most intuitive setup with foreground & background handled separately! For the background: "Aperture" sets how much blur is applied to the background. "Focus Distance" sets how far from the camera things appear in focus. ▪️See example at 4:08 For the foreground: "DoF Aperture Near" sets how much blur is applied to the foreground. "DoF Range Near" sets how far from the camera that foreground blur extends. ▪️See example at 5:12 So for your request, you'll want to increase the "DoF Aperture Near" & "DoF Range Near" values, set a suitable "Focus Distance" value, and use a low "Aperture" setting. Hope that helps👍
Thanks Mir, just trying to establish the various video types that I hope to have on the channel. I don't seem to have a minute to spare though these days😬
@@TheFourthFocus I feel that! Same exact thing I've been struggling with as well. Recording, editing, and having a consistent video schedule is tough with a tight schedule
Exactly, and that's on top of the blog and preparation for the awards, oh and I suppose some time for my actual job in there somewhere too 😅 Where everybody seems to find the time to sink 100 hours into every new game I really don't know!

Great video! Came here for a quick fresh up on the PM 👍
Thanks! The new one has a few extra features that I'll cover soon, but hopefully this was still useful to you 😊👍
Absolutely fantastic video!
Thanks Cynthia, it will be interesting to see how much of it still applies to Spider-Man 2 😉

Is lighting mode on ps4
It's not in the original PS4 version no, just the Remaster on PS5 & PC as well as Marvel's Spider-Man 2 & Miles Morales
