    From the Philippines here… I love your workouts! So perfect for me, I am 72yo, I had back pains some years back, so I am very cautious with moves that may aggravate that. But, now, I am able to do a lot of jumps, kicks, hops, rotations, and jacks in the water… stuff I no longer do on land. And. I am having so much fun, even if I have to get into the pool before 6am. Thank you for all you do for us!

    Yes! Yes! Yesssss! Never want to go to a gym again! My hips haven’t felt this good at years. Like another comment said, ‘Keep ‘em coming!’

    Stacy, its been a while but, I am backing watching your videos everyday. Do you have other videos other than the ones I see on TH-cam? I am getting close to 60 and find that I need to build some more muscle on my legs and abs especially. Do you have any just abs workouts?
