    These are just the pool exercises that I needed! Exercising in the pool is simply amazing! The weightlessness and feeling of no pain is healing in itself!

    Oh thank you so much for sharing this video!!! I have neuropothy everywhere but especially in my lower body on top of sciatica. I've just started going to a gym to build my core and lose weight! They have a pool but I've found I can't swim bc my core is so weak and I've been looking for things I can do in the pool to help build my core and lean up and I just stumbled upon this!! Can't wait til I get back to the gym to incorporate this into my regimine!!

    I recently found your channel, and I love it! I am only doing the pool exercises right now because the water is warm enough to be in it. I turn 70 in 2 months which is scary. However if I don’t try I won’t know what I am capable of. Just bought a frisbee for your other workout. We will see how it goes.

    Hi, I'm recovering from a knee replacement and my Physio said it better do do excercisises in water. I will definitely try as strengthing my leg muscles is so important for a good recovery. Thank you for sharing ❤️

      How did your knee replacement go ? I have 2 damaged knees. Get an MRI late July. Need 2 new knees. Do exercise in pool every day in summer

      ​@@krisjackson5967i am back in the pollo after getting my left knee replaced las November. I hav practiced water aerobics for years. They will help you strenthen your knees and hip bones and your core that is so important. I will get the other knee replicado in July.

    Great video definitely will be adding some of those moves to my work out. Do you use a fitness tracker in the water? I would like to keep track of my steps. Do you have any suggestions on the fitness tracker? That would be best

    I sometimes lose traction moving across the pool. I’ve tried numerous aqua shoes but none are better than bare feet. Is this your experience or are you able to recommend as by shoe brands that have better traction than bare feet please? In Europe all pools are chlorinated. Thank you- the routines are excellent

    I’m almost 60 and enjoy working out in a pool- I usually do about 1 hr 3-5 days a week- I never feel like I’m exercising- run laps from one end of the pool to the other and no joint pain- Sadly, this is our last year with the pool- I’m having a hard time finding a gym that will let you do your own workout- I either have to use the lap pool or sign up for one of their scheduled aerobic water classes-

      Just sign up for a lane for lap swim and do this instead, within your lane.

      The aerobic classes are great also, just try it you can encourage someone else & modify your routine. Just enjoy the water.🛐🪼💙 my dilemma is my hair, I make it work. 💙

    Hello , first of all , i would like to say thank you for the video, secondaly, i wanted to ask a question, is it possible to film a video in the sea since i have noticed some troubles while doing some moves in the water when going to the beach (dur top the current, waves...etc) , i apologize if this is too much to ask for and thank you Again for reading my comment

      Hi, you’re very welcome.
      It is not recommended to do aqua workouts in the sea. As you noticed, currents and waves will make things very difficult. You won’t be able to maintain a proper body form, you can’t really use the bottom as a leverage to pushing with your legs, and many more reasons… I would stick to the pool with these workouts 😉

    I actually started doing water aerobics after downloading an app to my phone that has videos on how to do the exercises. These exercises seem a lot better than the ones in my app!!! How am I supposed to follow along? Does she think I have a swimming pool in my bedroom?😄

      I would imagine so
      Saw a swimming pool in Morocco which had exercise bikes in the pool
      Anything you do in water burns more calories because of the water resistance
      A minute jog on land burns about 6 calories, a minute jog in water burns 11

    Excellent video thank you. Ive lost a lot of weight quickly and unintentionally. Which are the best for strenghening core muscles and inner thighs please?
    Ive joined a gym that has a pool also aquarobics classes but Limited space as others around. I can go to a general swim but this is used mainly in lanes not width to width.
    Is it feasible to get toned body back now its hanging skin? Im almost 58 but on constant Morphine for fused lower spine and knee injury.

    Bonjour. C est dommage vous ne travaillez pas assez les bras et le dos. Personnellement mon embonpoint se situe sur la moitié supérieure du corps. Je fais 1h par jour d aquagym en eau froide 21/22 degres. Ca m aide à maigrir. 😊

      You Can use water aerobic gloves, you dumbells and serás. They all increase the effort of your arms. Change the movements so you work different parte of your arms.

    I do these but I don't feel anything is it because I'm to fat ? serious question I use my gated community swimming pool so the pool is very big like the one you're in

      It’s probably because you’re being supported by the water and don’t feel the effects which is great
      Try going a bit deeper if you want more of a challenge, but what I find is if I do get too intense in the water, I feel it getting out or the next day, so go easy and have fun!

      Doing exercises in water is easy on joints and muscles you will feel less pain after work outs

      I could do with some tips too. Only just joined a gym that has a pool too. Doing aquarobics class but as its a class not as much space obviously. Plus they only do two classes per week.

      Just study the video..and go from there plus once you get I the water. You will get creative

    It looks like you do a lot of pushing off with your feet, I'm sure the buoyancy helps, but is this going to be painful for someone with bad feet?

      I have seriously bad feet and knees issues, I do pool excercise a lot and don't have any major issues. You should be fine as long as you don't slam your feet to the bottom of the pool(just be gentle when pressing down). You don't have to go fast, just start slow then gradually increase 😊
