First routine back in pool since covid... looked at a lot of pool videos and you are an excellent instructor and easy to follow in pool... phone in water proof case on edge of gym pool!! Thank you and keep up the good work I'm watching 🏊🏼♀️

Please do a deep water video for full body toning. 🙏🏻 I am just treading water and think I could be doing more with my body at the same time but don’t know what to add (I’m a lap swimmer) Thank you!! 😊❤👙
How to organise my days at the swimming pool? I go three days a week, what's your advice? Should distribute one day for each region ( 1day for legs, 1 day for arms and one for core muscles?
I don’t know how to swim 😮 But lately I have been doing water aerobics by myself and has. Helped me so much my pains have subsided 90 % I feel great and lost inches and Weight however I have to be careful I’m 70 yrs and have bad knees 😢 Lastly I don’t know what to do As the weather Will change 😂😢
