New Years Day Ride - First Ride of The Year on my Honda CB125F

Happy New Year! Finally managed to get out on New Years Day for a ride after coming down with an illness the week before Christmas (Not ideal!). The weathers been poor as well constantly raining every spare oppertunity I get!

Greetings from Melbourne. Down Under. I have same bike as yours, same colour too. Great motorcycle for blasting around quiet roads. Had mine for 10 weeks, and 650 kms - about 370 miles, maybe close to that.
It's our summer here, today is too bloody hot to ride, it's 32 degs. If I did ride in T shirt & shorts, would come back with red skin, like a lobster !
I'll most likely go out at around 8 pm - after eve dinner, sun low on the horizon, & temp around 20 degs.
Believe me, nothing worse than high temp and hot north wind. So, 'the other man's grass is not greener' - if you get my drift.
I'm 77 yo - yes got that right 77 yo.
Keep myself fit, ride my bicycle every day - before breakfast, & before the heat kicks in. Take care out there mate. Cheers 😊😊
PS. I lived in yr country for 2 yrs - working holiday. - 1974 - 76. I was only a 'pup' way back then - lived/ worked in Scarborough North Yorks. Your winters are bloody brutal ! Anyway, have great memories of my time in England, great place to tour around. ❤

I much prefer ride and chat vids to a lazy music soundtrack. I have an old mz 125 in my collection and i cant be bothered squeezing out the last drop. Its easier just to chill and accept 50 as your top speed. Thnx for upload!

you can do more speed with this motorcycle your shifting is too early with gears, about 95 km/h is maximum speed
