How can you charge for this!!! I find it quite sad that most flight sim streamers all seem to be doing the same. I understand that this is probably your only source of income now. But don't try and squeeze money for a bloody document
As always your docs are an essential aid to getting started with a new aircraft thanks. Having been caught out can you add turning on the radios. Doh!

Jonathan, thankyou for this. Ive been an avid follower for a while. First started when i got into the pmdg 73's and havent looked back. I love your approach on tutorials and also taking the time to let the flight breath so to speak, cosume and digest information. Nice one pal 👍🏻

Great video, thanks. Just a quick note: Beacon needs to be "on" before engine start to also warn ground staff that the engines might be started any minute.

if anyone else has problem with ATC: there's a radio panel on the middle console, between the seat and the throttle. There you can see the active radio frequency. Below that panel there are CALL buttons, press the first one on the left, so you can talk to ATC. Below the call button there's a knob to unmute and increase the volume
For full cabin, you download the Free Enhanced version from the store, i did that today, PC only.
How did you get terrain on the ND when its Inop? Interesting! All in all its performed fairly decent for me so far! Might have to adjust the TC Joystick settings, but thats about it. Great video!
I believe that's the weather radar? It is mentioned in the Inibuilds Discord that the terrain map is not included in this a320, due to its performance impact
Hi Jonathan. Great video. I love the 'normal' way you show things without all the jargon.
I have been slowly learning how to set up and fly to (hopefully) land......I must be doing things wrong because on my descent with everything on managed mode, suddenly the speed increases well over its safety tolerance. Sometimes the speed slows to just above stalling. I am not sure how the perf on MCDU is programmed and I would love to master this. I am on Series X.

The EFB starts, but I can't use any of the apps that are shown on the dashboard screen of the EFB.
Is this a common problem or am I the only one having it ?

Hi, it does have a full cabin if your not flying the drone, Jonathan mate first thing I did if you move from a pilot seat and use arrow keys it's modelled in if you move to the cabin on pc not modelled on xbox. You can get your seated window seats.

It is nose-heavy in reality. I work as a ramp agent, and most airlines with A320 (and pilots) put all the baggage inside the aft cargo compartment just because of this.

At 37:13 you have a problem switching from HDG to NAV mode. I can't get rid of this problem. I would appreciate a tip on what you did.
MMMM a few bugs could not get push back in GSX or on the ipad. Then lost the flight plan in the FMC

I cant taxi this aircraft. It just wont steer. It veers to the right uncontrollably. I turned on my tiller controls rudder options and it makes the wheel turn but the aircraft still cant turn under my own control. Seriously hope they fix this soon

I cant seem to be able to steer at all on the taxi, Also my engine IDLE at 20%?? any help would be great also the autopilot is very buggy and doesnt seam to want to go to the next waypoint instead it goes directly to the airport you chose to go to or it just does infinite hold's around the take off airport. How can i get this thing to steer properly and idle properly?
Idle is proper, steering is handled by setting the proper options in the EFB for the tiller.
@@chuckh9168 ok thanks I was messing around with it and apparently there's a button under the tablet and fixed it from there. Also another issue I got is the thrusters its either 20% or 90% thise are the only option I have. If I hit F3 or the A button once the engine go from 20%-90%. I can however use a mouse and manually do the thrusters by setting both of them slowly but no keys can do this.. 😔 also calibration and nothing on that screen helps.
Can't get the brakes off after pushback and it's the same with the A330-900 neo. Any ideas
You might have some of the external stuff on, like stairs, AC, cones, luggage, catering or one of the door might be open
I try to get the flight plan from Simbrief onto the tablet but it always says Simbrief Username not set. but I entered my pilot ID. what am I doing wrong?
There is a bug with the on screen keyboard, exit that pop up keyboard and use the tablets keyboard instead and enter pilot ID number
I entered the Alias(username) instead of the pilot ID and it worked. But in the FMC you have to enter the pilot ID...

@@thesn00tyfox yes. I entered my navigraph alias on the EFB, downloaded the flight plan from simbrief, then sent it to FMC, and on the FMC I used my pilot ID. Then I could request the flight plan just as Jonathan showed. But you have to select departure and arrival on the FMC if you want like a proper ILS approach

Trying to upload flight plan from simbrief and getting "incorrect aircraft type" error on the tablet. What's going on there I wonder. There is only one option for the A320?
Choose the A20 just underneath the A320
Choose the A20N option, not A320.

I was yelling for 60 seconds, "You never turned on the pumps dude!!!" but it was starting anyway. Did not think that was possible. I can't even start my APU without fuel pumps on.

I've been doing the throttle calibration the way you show here from the V2 being installed but it never works. The green bar showing the throttle position never moves. In the FBW A32NX it's never failed. I copied the contents of the FBW throttle.ini into the V2 throttle.ini and the throttle positions work as you'd expect. In trying to use the EFB calibration method for whatever reason it doesn't work for me. The closest I can get it using the EFB is by clicking the various throttle positions below the reset calibration button with my levers in the corresponding posiition and even then I get rev when I'm well above idle.
Building an a320 sim, ive noticed something recently. The actual blue in the a320 is very difficult to perceive in sim. The MIP etc is much darker blue IRL than in sim. I painted my own sim, and will be repainting soon. Based on many pic references I was under the impression that the lighter portion was a light bluish grey…but its really a smokey blue. Was pretty surprising to me how blue

You can't even steer the aircraft during taxi, throttle can't be controlled properly, you have to look up online and manually enter ILS frequency
UPDATE:
1. to be able to steer on the ground change the Rudder controls tiller option in the EFB to Yes.
2. on Xbox the throttle acts in a different way than in other jetliners, pressing A moves the throttle in much bigger increments. You have to play with the A and B buttons to set it right
3. ILS frequency is still not set automatically for me
Are you getting the steering reversed on taxiing? That's what I'm finding. Nobody else seems to be reporting it.
@@jettlethedragonpeeltheoran8915 no. The wheels are turning just a little bit so it’s impossible to take turns while taxiing even at very low speed
UPDATE: in order to be able to steer the plane during taxi, we have to set the 'Rudder controls tiller' option to Yes in the EFB option menu
