    Sir, is it mandatory to breathe out while extending the band at every exercise ? Or can sometimes we do reverse also? Like inhale while extending bands and exhale while releasing the bands?

    How important is the sequence of these workouts? Can I do all the ones with the door anchor attached on top first, then shoulder height, then knee height and finally all the ones without the door anchor?

    I just can't seem to hit my chest while inclined or even normal chest press, any other form or technique that I can try. For instance when I used to do my chest day at gym I wasn't able to do normal push ups after my sets, but now I can easily do them after this workout. I feel like I am not doing it right, please help

      Are you sure you are having full range of motion and the resistance of the band is heavy enough?

    How to protect our eyes from resistance bands because my eyes got injured performing face pull ups it just recoiled and hitted directly in my eyes? So what measures to take while performing excercise with bands specially eyes can i wear glasses and if it hits the glass can I get injury from the glass also?

      Be very careful when doing front facing exercises.. make sure your band is properly hooked, don’t stretch it too much, you can use safety goggles if you like to.. don’t use the regular ones.

    Is it ok if I do half exercises on day1 and other half on day 2 and continue till day 6 and rest on Sunday?

      Its fine but the only thing is, you will hit each muscle group only once in a week but ideally we should train each muscle group twice per week.

    pehle sabhi exercises (set1) then all exercises second time (set2) then all exercises third time (set3)
    Or
    do only one exercises (set 1) rest (set 2) rest then( set 3) rest then second exercise (set 1) rest (set 2) rest then( set 3) rest

      They are different movements you can’t replace however you can avoid deadlift if you don’t feel comfortable.

    Bhaiya me student hu.. Apne jo resistance band description me diye h vo bhot expensive h mere liye... To kya me ₹500 wala resistance band purchase kr sakta hu...       im 15 year old , you can do these workouts but its not compulsory to do exercises with the resistance shown in the video, do exercises with resistance you are comfortable.
