    Last 3 minutes was amazing - The 'Adult Protein Malnutrition Syndrome' is real and it impacts Indians with several diseases. Unable to gain muscle and having esophageal acid reflux were two issues I was facing due to high-carb diet and have significantly resolved it by changing my diet to low-carb and high-protein, high-fiber and low-sugar and low-sodium.

      I just cut out all grains, starches in general and dairy and other acid forming foods and eat alkaline produce including fruit and greens. Greens are full of amino acids! No need to kill for me!
