    I'm happy you made it to this weeks tutorial on "How to do a Back Lever."
    For those who know me, know I struggled with statics for a while and now, they are starting to click. Last year my strength ascended and in this video I share 5 skill drills that helped me strengthen my back lever specifically. I know these can do the same for you! Stay til the end so you see my favorite piece of advice that helped me lock into my full back lever better than any other drill!
    They are all great for strengthening the skill. The last one will help you get into the full back lever the quickest to save more strength for the hold time.

      girlll you got this! try the pike to extension instead of coming down from the negative. You have everything you need :))
