Great Training , and quite Masterfully done - all Respect ! I`m curious that you , a " Tai Chi Chuan " / " Wu Dang " Stylist have this practice . In South China ( Foshan Wing Chun , Weng Chun , Shao-Lin , etc..) , we call this Chi Sao , or " Poon Sao " = Sticking Hands with a Round clay pot ( a Poon ) partially filled with water , or sand .
Would you be so kind as to to tell the history of the connection and similarity in training methods ? Best Wishes !
