To avoid any failure please read the instructions below, carefully:
◾Use 2N2222A Transistor with 27k resistance insted of 547B because the success rate of 2N2222A Transistor is quite good
◾After testing the model disconnect the battery with coil to prevent the battery from discharge
◾Be careful with the connection of transistor- Many people did the wrong connection, they confused in connection of first and last pin of transistor (use circuit diagram for connection)
◾Use only Red or Green LED because they glow very well on low power supply
◾Remove the insulation of that part of wire that is to be connected to other components
◾In some situation the shopkeeper give you the wrong value of resistance and due to the lack of knowledge about the colour code many students bring it at home and use in the project

I tried this many times, i thought model he kharab hai.
But i then chenged the transitor connection,interchanging the connections of 1st and 3rd pin, and it worked!
It does not work with white LEDS though, only red and blue ones as they consumes less energy

yah did the report. The report he has provided is *only* for reference. Just copy-pasting that won't work. We need to do more research on our own, on the topic of EMI and make the whole report on our own..

I made one but the components were ; 32 gauge wire, 547B transistor, 15k resistance, and turns on each coil were 30, but the transistor is heating up and led is not turning on can you pleas tell how to fix this?

i used 9V battery, 2N2222A transistor, 10K ohm resistor , 32 gauge copper wire.
i connected first pin of transistor to the primary coil, middle pin with resistor and resistor with other end of coil. then i connected third pin with negative terminal of battery and connected loop wire with postive terminal of battery. After connecting the battery and bringing the second coil closer, the light is not glowing (blue LED)

I have used a 2N2222A transistor and my model was not working,
Because Initially I did the connection as you said in the video but after reading this comment I modified my connection (interchange the connection, Battery negative terminal to first pin of transistor and coil end wire to third pin of transistor, I have just rotated the connection between 1st and 3rd pin)
And now my model is working 😊

What to do sir??
First off all you can Change your Transistor ,buy a new one (BC547B) ,There may be a default in that Transistor you have.
It generally heats up , avoid the primary coil and secondary coil to come much close ( i.e. much near) because this is the main reason behind the failure of project
And do not use it for a long duration .
You can also use an on\off switch in red or black wire coming from the battery .
Trust me follow the Precautions and conditions mentioned above and your project will work Effectively...

1.Sir is 0.4mm to 0.6mm wire enough for this model? Because 5 cm is diameter of cylinder....
2. In comments you had written the connections for 2N2222A transistor. I did not get what is end wire? The centre one or the one which is connected to resistance?
0.2mm or 0.4mm is diameter of wire not it's length......it's length should be 10-15m
And coil have two end....one is connected to Resistance and other with transistor third pin

But you can't use normal wire because in normal cable wire copper wire is not insulated.....but for this project you need insulated copper wire
You can find insulated copper wire in any waste mobile charge or CFL bulb if it have transformer inside it

It is mutual induction as well as electromagnetic induction as both are quite similar (at class 12 level you can use this model for both)

The resistor, inductor, and transistor make as an oscillator circuit. Oscillator converts a DC to AC. As an AC is passed through the coil, an alternating magnetic field gets created. The alternating magnetic field induces and AC in the secondary coil (just like a transformer). The LED is connected blinks, it blinks so fast and seems like it is glowing continuously

It didn’t workk!
I have used 15K with 547B and it is working fine.......but after uploading this video many student complained that their model is not working with this combination
Then I suggest them to use 2N2222A transistor with 27K resistance and around 90% students succeed with this new combination

I actually reduced the no. of turns in the primary coil from 40 to 30 turns.
And the secondary coil with LED has 20 turns.
So now it is working completely!

Bulb is glowing even without any relative motion in my project how is this possible
It is because the circuit we have made with primary coil is itself producing alternating (continuously changing) magnetic field.......so basically relative motion is not required in this model

If you are using BC547 Transistor with 15K resistance
Then try once with 2N2222A Transistor with 27K resistance and do the connection according to circuit diagram (link provided in the description box)
Make sure to remove the insulation before connecting

Yes it will glow....may be due to high exposure of sunlight you are unable to see directly
Just cover the bulb with your hand to restrict sunlight.....and you will be able to see its glowing
