    I believe the Tucuma Butter you used weighs more than just 10g, i used a Kokum Butter and the result of a 10g measurement was way smaller than what you said you used in your video.

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Kokum butter and tucumã butter have different densities. Even if you measure out 10 grams of each, kokum butter might appear smaller because it's denser and takes up less space. I used 10 grams of tucumã butter, and you can see how small this 6cm plate looks with it. I’ve verified it’s 10 grams by checking the original recipe too, so the amount is accurate.

    Hi, I only have shea butter, beeswax, and emulsifier wax can I just do it with those ingredients?

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No, sorry, but creating an emulsified face cream requires specific ingredients beyond shea butter, beeswax, and emulsifier wax. While these are nourishing, they won't properly emulsify to create a face cream like this one

    i made this two days, can i add little water as it thick, however i felt i whisk the product to long

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You can definitely add a little water to this face cream if it's too thick. Just make sure the water is distilled and warmed to a similar temperature as the cream to help it blend in smoothly. Add it gradually, whisking gently to incorporate, but avoid over-whisking, as that can make the emulsion break or cause unnecessary air bubbles.

    What happens is you dont put in the preservative? How long would you guess the shelf life is? Thanks!

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Without a preservative, the shelf life could be as short as a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on various factors such as storage conditions, exposure to contaminants, and the specific ingredients used. However, it's hard to provide an exact timeframe, as shelf life can vary. The inclusion of a preservative is crucial for extending the product's stability and safety over a more extended period.

    Do you have to check the PH balance or not dear.

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I highly recommend checking the pH of my face cream as it is important. The skin's pH ranges from 4.7 to 5.75, and maintaining this balance is vital to prevent irritation. While I consistently check pH in all my formulations, I occasionally feature the process in my videos.

  • @bobrokhan
    @bobrokhan 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Hi, what should the ph balance for thos cream and also how do you up it low it if its to high or low

    • @beautybooster_diy4848
      @beautybooster_diy4848  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The ideal pH for a face cream is generally around 4.7 to 5.75. This range is closer to the skin's natural pH. To adjust the pH of the face cream, increase acidity with citric or lactic acid, or decrease it with baking soda.
