You can just see Rampage's soul leave his body...
Yuup he certainly can't afford to lose too many of these half million sessions. That's for sure.
would be interesting to know how much bankrole is his on this game@@Tonyplat98
Yes I can confirm his soul has departed.
Is it just me or is watching this maniac lose half a million dollars satisfying for others as well
I watch a lot of poker (poker go, Hustler) and a number of poker bloggers along with Ethan: Brad, Lex - O, Burton, Neeme and a couple of others. I’ve always enjoyed Rampage (his personality and “rise.”) but out of everyone I feel like I’m watching this gambling addict train wreck. A young person who could have bought multiple income properties, retirement accounts and so forth instead will wind up with nothing literally having gambled away millions in winnings. Not that that is unusual in this world ….. just sad.
Rampage's pre-flop range : 'Have I got two cards ?'
Revenge range activated
You have to play absolute garbage sometimes, if you don't then you just don't understand poker.
😂
@@johntobias3376You don’t have to risk losing hundreds of thousands of dollars playing Q10 like that. Come on…
@@johntobias3376lol yeah maybe not for a quarter a million preflop when you're not worth much more.
The deck isnt bailing him out of his insanely over aggresive play anymore
It’s doing the complete opposite, he got 2 bad beats but that q10s hand was just stupid
That isn't his $...all his followers buy him in, like thousands of ppl buyin tiny bits of action.
@@Dini6969shoving 2X Pot on the board with a straight is silly
Also Pepe is not raising to 60k with anything less than K9 and AK so likely. Hard to fold a straight but easy to lose with the donkey end of a straight.
I am glad to see him lose it all because what he’s doing is glorifying degenerate gambling which is very harmful to young adult males. Especially Asians
This session with Rampage proves my theory of - WHEN Y A PLAYER IS RUNNING GOOD IN POKER, ITS VERY EASY TO PLAY GOOD POKER.....Its only when they run BAD, does it prove how solid/ good a poker player can be by them limiting their losses... not tilting...and not donking off $170k preflop with Q-10...
i so agree, the best poker player i ever knew had a saying, " the key to poker is aggression, the secret to poker is folding" i don't know how true it is but i never forgot it and he swore by it .
Agreed, He's gotten lucky so frequently especially in all the tournaments he think's hes the best player out there
The QTs play was actually the least bad of all the plays shown. It's still not great shoving there, but he's not far off.
exactly - well said - I think about this exact same thing often
Can't believe Raymond called an all in for $147k with A7 off preflop. Major gamblers.
Big straddle on
he's 20 bb effective headsup against blind... the range is incredibly wide. I think a7 might be a little too wide to call, but it's still +ev im pretty sure
In the tournament that’s a snap call
@@kristianstenerson2608 this is a cash game though
gumble, as they say
Tough for rampage. He looks like he expects the deck to bail him out every time and when it doesn’t it’s crushing. Welcome to the real world 😢
Rampage showed fear when he had q/10 hearts, talked, looked nervous. Live Tell.
it's also very clear from his instagram post that he should not have played last night. He needs to take a step back and take a break. I know this is his job but he said it himself, he punted a lot last night for no reason and he's super upset at himself for that not because of how much he lost but because he inadvertently screwed over his backers. it's one thing to lose your own money since you know it's a possibility going in and you're willing to take that risk but I can see where the mental toll comes in when you have people who've bought action and you just piss it away. I think it's a possitive that it made him so upset because that means he at least cares about not screwing over other people just because he's not in the right headspace.
@@Bowling_Dude yeah if u r backed u should probably play more conservative than if it is ur own money you can be more splashy
And A 7 should call? Lol
@@user-ho9rr5lv1lyea, double suited
He's facing the point in his life where he is going to be forced to actually learn how to play.
Punts first hand with insane and unnecessary 6x pot all in over bet. Buys in for another $225k, straddle is 6k and he shoves 22x pot. I do not feel bad for him. What a dummy.
Makes me feel so much better about the 3k I dusted off in my home game last night. Thanks Ethan
ouch !
😂
🧢 you still hurt just say it
Its all relative bro... how much did that 3k mean to you?
Might wanna get those cards checked at the home game.. people running all sorts of scams
Whoever would’ve thought massively overplaying hands when playing super deep in ultra high stakes games could result in a 6 figure loss. Dude is lucky Hanz didn’t know how much of a punter he is or he would’ve lost that A7 suited rive punt for a 2 mill pot.
Now he just needs to adjust hard the other way to start getting paid on big hands 🙌
I will never understand why a supposed millionaire folds top set. Why buy in for a million and then play scared money? Rampage was very lucky that night.
Rampage is giving Brad a run for how much he could lose in a session 😂😂
these so call poker bloggers would have been broke long ago without youtube
They do not have a clue out there. No off the table work ethic. No studying skills CLEARLY lmfao. It's impressive to watch.

Rampage posts about how this night crushed him... HCL immediately makes montage of his soul getting crushed. 🤣
2:34 Brandon asking the perfect question
No more luck for Rampage. Pure variance .
variance is a term gamblers use. (because if they run maths through a computer the outcome will flatten out) That doesnt mean its a reflection of the real world. In the real world, Every situation is a new one, and everything can occur again.
@@pr0useyour smooth brain doesn't realize math applies to the real world?
@@xRakanishu It does, but variance can only dissapear, after players experience every combination possible multiple times. And for that my friend you will be long gone. Because we as humans simply dont have the time.
@@pr0usebruh
@@cpataxpro I speak about the poker term variance, often people speak about variance when they are losing hands they thought they should have won. To keep their gambling going. They dont understand the full amount of variables that the game offers. It also is a statement that says if we would play long enough i would beat you, disregarding you even have an opponent. The average opponent can improve. Where you lack training. You can win all your AA vs KK in small games and lose the few times in Big Games. Its still variance, but changes the math a lot. Disregaring the world around you. Their could be an event in your live that forces you to change your lifestyle. people who speak about variance, allready made clear in their mind they will be playing more in the furute. Raymond is a hell of a player! What a call! Rampage should have shut up
Just another idiot.
It’s a dumb call. Even if rampage is bluffing in this case it’s still 50/50
raymond took an opputunity, he had more steam, blow up, tilt all ins in his range than he did any value.
Rampage was lighting money on fire in all these hands. No self control whatsoever.

THE RETURN OF RAMPUNT.
11:27 Airball with the sympathy rub to Rampage.
Rough night!
Rampage just posted a losing 2023 poker on his last. Vlog. He's thinking that he can chase those losses at Hustler high stakes cash game. Obviously, people learned his aggressive playing style pretty quick from all his posted youtube vlogs. It's good idea now to reassess his poker career before becoming homeless in 2024! That's my take.
Given how the hands played out, there was no doubt it would be a losing session for him. However, he made a lot of unnecessary raises and calls that bloated his losses significantly.
His ego got in the way. historically he got super lucky
That’s a lot of $80 t-shirt sales
Seems like he is talking in the hands way more than normal
Mega tilt.
Dude truly is one of the biggest luck boxes. Guess that streak is coming to an end
Mariano next ?
He's a luckbox no doubt, but he's skilled at tournaments. He's had too much sustained winning to be strictly luck.
@@isummoncows nah I play the same as rampunts , he plays to lose tournaments and gets bailed out over 60% of the time . He’s more luck the skill
@@isummoncows Neh, if you playt tournaments you would know luck players a bigger factor there than in cash games

Mix of bad luck and bad play. Gotta feel for the kid! That’s gonna hurt financially
Almost turned that nut straight into a bluff ahah

You shouldn't be anywhere near this game if losing half a mil is painful to you
losing that much money is painful to anyone. Just like loosing a 1k is still painful for someone who makes 100k a year. You've never even gambled close to that, so don't act like you know because you are in a TH-cam comments section. lmao
@@fernandostudebaker5861 go eff yourself. I'll say what i want. Im talking about Rampage not having thoe bankroll to pkay that bid of a game. And Ive talked personally to him about it hero boy
Most of these guys high stakes poker guys are not worth more than a few million the most. And sometimes it's years of working their day job to accumulate that much money. It hurts no matter who you are. Even billionaires don't even have a billion cash, it's mostly equity and investments.
That’s how you get humbled
He’s def not as co ky as he was not long ago lol.
I really liked Rampages early videos, he grinded hard and played to win. Now I feel most of his videos are just him making loose calls, and big plays for the content.
He will end like the great Dane Gus Hanson ....to loose = broke
I don’t think he’s a great player at all but too many of these comments seem happy to see him lose. I hope he makes a come back. Seems like a nice guy
It's not that they're glad he loses the thing with rampage is that from day one his game hasn't been all that snug... and the majority of the viewers has called it that it's just a matter of time before he loses..
@@aguilas1999 He has a history of having too much of his bankroll on the table.
@@aguilas1999 No they're definitely glad he loses, and rampage has never said once he is a top player, so I don't get what's the issue besides jealously of course.
@@zincfive and that’s a reason to want him to lose? Let’s be real, delusion is rampant in poker, I’m sure scores of people resent his success believing that they are better than him and he’s just benefiting from luck
@@Cletusvandammm I didn't say I wanted him to lose. I enjoy his content been following from the beginning. And he's not benefiting from luck, he's benefiting from the brand he's built, which affords him viewership income, sponsorships, and staking. Good for him. His brand includes getting his whole stack on a table against maniacs while being in the lower end of the skill and experience, and trying to force action. Stressful.
a wise prophet once said: Sit down, be humble.
After seeing this I feel like Rampage falls for the Nigerian prince asking for money scams 🤣🤣🤣
5:49 he called it, Rampage was trying to take the straddle money, and got smacked, why does he act so cool when losing $500K in 2 hands, if Rampage's net worth is $2M, $500k is 25%, is he just too comfortable loosely gambling other peoples stake money?
not sure what was staked, but the announcers kept stating Rampage put up the 500k and was not being staked to their knowledge
Rampage said that he had most of himself this last week
Guess you don't understand that most (if not all the money), was his. What "backers"?
How do you know that his net worth is 2 million?
He punted more than the Cowboys 😂
ZING! That game was a blowout! A Christmas Miracle!
for as many sunruns as hes had.... bound to have these once in awhile
This is why I stopped gambling… in the end you always give it back….
Unless your Phil Ivey… def stay away from gambling
You know it’s a bad night when even Nik Airball is up
Nick Airball is making a comeback
Hairball was loving every minute of it
that straddle hand is so brutal, he can have like so much fold equity, including KT/KJ type of hand, even A high is a margin call against a loose player with 22 blinds, can't blame him too much. However if he is scared of variance, he should limp since most likely Raymond won't deny too much his equity by jamming worse hand.
The straddle jam was ridiculous; he risked 154k to win 6k with queen high. Raymond read this as a line that is rarely a premium.
Curious to know how many people staked Rampage’s game this evening? While I am excited to see him play, sometimes I think Rampage is his own worst enemy.
He said he had the vast majority of his own action that night and is taking a break from poker. I think that was most of his roll. He described it as 'rock bottom' on X.
Sounds like 10% he said he lost 540k of his own money
What is x ? Is it hos other page or something @AlbinoMutant
@@AlbinoMutantguess he needs to go back to bankroll management school. What a joke of a player. Losing other people’s money to satisfy his ego.

1:30 rampage repeats saying all-in like 3-4 times. Immediate tell if you have enough experiences
What was the tell though lol he thought he was value raising
@laalagg737 Saying it one single time is enough. By repeating, you are "brandishing your weapon"...which is typically weakness.
@@caP1taL1sm lol value raise? Brandon calls only if rampage is beat there buddy. Nice try unless rampage is really that bad of a player
@@Itspaul_icall Rampage is value raising there which is way too thin. He’s got Jack of diamonds blocker and is hoping to get a crying call from a 4 liner straight.
@@Itspaul_icallif he can call with 42 of diamonds (lowest possible flush), then he can also call with a jack. In fact, even accounting for all AJ combos, he will have more flush combos here than AJ, so calling with 42dd is very similar to Jx.
Wow the very first hand. Punting it away 😂
The "blocker" fallacy costed him a lot. Just because you have the jack of diamonds, it does not mean your opponent can't have a flush.
At the end of the day rampage is still a child and hasn't had to experience normal variance and is highly susceptible to tilt. His ego has grown way larger than his ability to play the game correctly, ironically airball is the poster child for that affliction. Rampage got to play way over his ability before ever actually learning the game because his TH-cam and merch line pays for that privilege. In this video his bets and calls are similar to some kid hitting the table on his 21st birthday, absolutely no reason he should have gotten hammered this bad.
Live and die by his wild playing style.
When your fold button is broken and your all in button is too big
Oh my. Why did he jam in the first hand? I don't get it, he has the nut straight so he's only getting called by a flush, right? Am I missing something? Even most bad players would just flick in the call and take the L. The second hand was the right idea with all the dead money, but he didn't need to raise all in. Just raise it to something polite. Tilt is a disability.
This exact hand happened to me at Parx. Nut straight vs my bottom flush on the river. Called the all in. Still gives me chills.
Finally, the luckbox gets a taste of running like a normal human being
If I ran 15% as good as he has.. I be up over 30k in poker easily
Rampage is now playing dumb. Previously winning too much playing smart and getting cocky. Now time to be humbled by the Poker Gods as they do not favor stupidity.

Great bankroll management Mikey, I mean Rampage
haven't watched yet but read some comments, if rampages "luck" has run out then it should have been expected, luck is always at every table and sometimes it just settles on 1 person and stays there, but eventually everyone will get their share , which is why the most valuable aspect of poker is patience ! how many times have you lost for 3 hours only to get it all back and more in 1 hand?
“Tough to watch “ pfffffffffff more please !!!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂
Looks like rampage is going through what some call winners tilt.
I've only watched the first hand so far, and it's shocking to me that rampage even got to ever playing these stakes with the way he plays. That river jam with AJ was just atrocious and an unbelievable overplay.
Raymond was thinking for a long time and called almost immediately after Rampage talked and asked to see his hand, I think Raymond picked up on that as Rampage usually doesn't talk (as a matter of fact, I don't think I have ever seen Rampage talk or interact at all in an ALL IN) and he can feel the nervousness coming from Rampage with that action

this can lead to addiction where rampage will chase for his losses.
When did that fire hand take place? Is Charles back?
I root against Rampage because he sets a bad example for his young followers. Jumping from $2/5 stakes up to the nosebleeds is never a smart financial decision. Also it showed that he has been lying about where his money comes from. To move up to those stakes he has to have some sort of trust fund, but wants his fans to see him as a rags to riches story. I know he won a tournament for a couple hundred thousand, but that's not nearly enough for him to have jumped up in stakes the way he did.
He sold stakes.
