Only time I lose with a flopped set of Tens is backdoor straights. Play it slow only if it's top set and no flush draws. If Rampage played it fast, it would have been heads-up against AK drawing to 4 outs rather than 2 players drawing to 8 outs.

Calling is completely fine, raising is probably more optimal but if you only raise here you make yourself extremely exploitable. Rampage should of raised after DKs bet!! With a flush out there and potential straight draw. Ramp asked for it...why slow play especially with a 1 card to a flush out there!!!
To be fair, I think Rampage should of shoved an all in. He only had a shade over pot size bet after the action before the turn. Having a bet and reraise in front of him. But being pissed out of this head didn't help.

I feel that pain...I had 2.2 and hit the set on the flop 2d,3d,8c...KK shoved, and I called...a guy next to me (8,9 off) went all in....no more action.....the turn 3h, river 3s.....I was 3rd from best hand. That was not about odds of poker....I felt evil spirit 100%. BTW, that dealer was laughing and joking with a player had KK....
