Although blood work shows no inherent toxicity from frequent Feel Free use, I do not recommend daily use. Those with a history of substance abuse should avoid any drink that contains kratom. Especially the far more addictive kratom extracts (which this is not). Instead, I'd check out the ethanol-free Hard Ketones or TRU KAVA.
This warning is absolutely valid. It can make you sick if you take too much and yes, can be very addictive.
Hard Ketones labels 1,3 Butanediol as the active ingredient but 1,3 has no use as a drug. 1,4 Butanediol is related to GHB though and Hard Ketones advertisement makes it sound like they're really putting 1,4 in it.
If something makes you feel like being on a drug, you likely are.
I love feel free. But it definitely has addictive properties and I went down a rabbit hole where I was drinking to much. It’s sorta marketed as a thing you can take daily. And you can take it daily but in my experience you will feel less of the affects over time and you’ll end up taking more and more. Which is not good for your health or your life.
I believe it most it should be taken twice a week and I wouldn’t exceed two bottles per night.
If you stop taking them Saturday night. By around Tuesday you feel 100 percent back to normal.
The issues arise when you take multiple bottles everyday and expect everything to be fine. It is a very powerful product. And what goes up must come down.
If you don’t have self awareness of self control I would suggest not taking it.
Hi there, How is this different then just taking Kratom and Kava? Also, I went to go order to try some and it said they wouldnt ship it to me address.Is it restricted in certain states?
what state are you in?,yes some states kratom is not legal
It's mainly those two ingredients with a few other things that apparently enhance bioavailability. Yes, it's currently banned in a few states/places
I've tried 5x Kanna extract and white vein Meng Da kratom capsules separately, but never together. Purchased two of these today, if anyone is interested in my experience I'll come back later and write. Not expecting to try this again seeing as there are a lot of reports of habituation.
I've been drinking feel free for 2 years now......I absolutely love this drink. If you're trying to quit drinking alcohol, this is such a great alternative. IT feels just like a buzz from a beer or shot. When I quit drinking, this saved me. possibly my life and career. I've been sober for 2 years now.

If you're an addict or have an addictive personality please do not take this. I tried Kratom to get off heroin/fentynyl and I got addicted to Kratom. Addiction is just so depressing, so hard to get through and just not worth it
This stuff is extremely addictive. Do not purchase this product. The withdrawal symptoms feel like a bad flu and it dries your skin to the point that your entire body will be very itchy. At first it feels great but as you develop tolerance to the tonic, you will drink more and more. I wish I would have never tried it. Do yourself a huge favor stop ASAP. It is not worth the pain and anguish. Trust me.

@@randomdude189 no he is right, feel free makes you feel like shit. Wasn’t as quick witted when having conversations. My vernacular lost some of its variety. For physical activity it’s good but really quiets your brain so when you stop taking them if you are dealing with trauma it all hits you at once and you need to reprocess it. I had a huge breakdown.. this is bad stuff. People would also say something about me was different while taking them

This stuff does work for kicking alcohol. I drank about eight plus beers a night. I drink a half shot and just drink a lot bubbly water now. I does effect you're sleep and I have to take a sleeping pill at night. It will also dry you out, so drink some water. I also lost almost 20 pounds from not drinking and I'm almost back to my normal weight. Just be careful because it is abdicating.
Good pointers with the water. I also noticed that it disrupts my sleep, so I use it earlier in the evening now. Way to keep your dosage within recommendations 👍️
Thanks for the review. Big fan of kratom here and saw Feel Free at my local shop so just had my first dose about 45 minutes ago. I like it and I could see where it makes a good alcohol alternative in many cases. My biggest issue is price, I'm curious to just mix some kava extract and kratom powder and see where that lands me. I also see 4% of RDA for Iron in there. As for Feel Free, I really like it, kava adds a nice spin on my usual PM kratom dose. I'll get more Feel Free most likely, but for a regular consumer, it'll add up quick $$$.
I think this has kava in it already as well.

I remember my first time trying this. I actually called them to make sure the drink really is supposed to taste this horrible. They said yes. Lmao. But started out 1 maybe 2 per day. I'm up to almost 10 per day sometimes. I've spent thousands of dollars on these. Hella addicting, and this is coming from someone who was addicted to cocaine. This is a close 2nd to my cocaine addiction. This sh't is NO JOKE

I think it's more than just kratom and kava. Because I've had those separately and could handle it. These are somehow different

I had elevated liver enzymes from Kratom so I stopped. 9 dollars a bottle is a lot why not just buy the two ingredients in bulk and save like 8 dollars a dose? I tried one of these alcohol alternatives in the past and I had to drink two bottles and only slightly felt anything, so it was very expensive for a very little change. Thanks for the review 🎉
That's what I was thinking, he also has Iron in there, but kratom powder and kava extract in the same ratio seems like a worthwhile experiment.

It says it on the bottles. It’s like 3.5 gs per bottle and 1.75 gs PER SERVING

Its great stuff. If you have ever had substance abuse problems I would avoid. I drink 1 a week on fridays because im a pilot and hate alcohol. Higly recommend
My experience is that it is not addictive I drink one of those about once a week The taste does not bother me ..I use kratom 3 times a day , I use one tsp per serving...I do that 3 times a day ..no issues..
How long have you been using kratom? (Main addictive property in feel free is kratom, if you are already taking it daily then it makes sense you wouldn't feel much of an absence when you don't take the tonic)
They released a kratom free version recently too

This drink is fantastic, but it ripped apart my stomach. Every time I drink it I get nauseous with stomach pains. It also causes shortness of breath.
Are you having it on a full or empty stomach? Have you been able to narrow it down to kava or kratom? A pure kava drink (like TRU KAVA) might be a better option for you. Although it doesn't have the same euphoric component.
@@outliyr I've been using Kratom for a few years, so I doubt it's the Kratom. Although it may be the combination of the two. I've never used Kava on its own. I always use it on an empty stomach.

A whole bottle is 2 servings by the way..... so when you poured all of it out in that clear measuring cup you took 2 doses since the back of the bottle says "serving sizes = 2"

I accidentally drank the whole bottle. That is 2 servings. It lasted forever. I thought I was going to die. My heart was racing, my anxiety was through the roof, I felt like I was on the stimulant, the euphoric feeling felt out of control. it was way too much. I NEVER in my life I want to feel like that again. now I have a whole case and don't know what to do with it 😑

Man... sounds kinda like anxiety dude. Feel Free shots are pretty damn benign. Idk maybe it's just that I've taken ridiculous amounts of kratom daily for years, but that sounds pretty extreme for kava and a little kratom. Wish I could feel "out of control euphoria" 😕

I took this product and ended up passing out while driving down the road. Woke up smashing into a fire hydrant then a large oak tree. Needless to say I lost my job as a school bus driver, all of the kids were ok but when the firemen and police found the blue bottle it turned ugly very quickly.

Just took the whole bottle with no tolerance I’ll keep you guys updated. ALSO it doesn’t taste terrible if you pour it into your mouth let it build up then swallow and drink some coke right after just don’t breath ass your doing this that’s where you start to taste and feel aromas

Kratom is great, but as the same thing as this tonic these things are NOT regulated. They dont have to prove ingredients. Dont think this is 'all natural' because there is no regulation for these products. take at your own risk.
Yes that's absolutely true with all dietary supplements. The prudent thing to do is to proceed with caution if, and only if, you're not prone to addictions and will be able to keep usage to several times per week
The reverse tolerance ONLY applies to Kava.. and not the kratom.

I love kratom I got at a local tea temple, so I was really excited about this product. I’ve tried to drink it twice and the flavor is so foul, abhorrent. I never thought you could bottle the taste of vomit. I’m so sad!! I even tried diluting it in a smoothie, too strong still.
I know! I hope they do something to fix it. It's definitely no delicious elixir. Or perhaps, someone will find a better way to mask the taste.

Chocolate milk is the best thing I found to mask the flavor of Kratom. I never tried kava on it's own so I'm not sure what could mask that.
But I actually don't mind the way feel free tastes compared to Kratom. But I been drinking kratom tea for years and when you get it in powder form and mix it yourself it's totally different than what you can buy already mixed. So I'm kind of used to the nasty taste of it. These feel free tonics taste great in comparison lol.
Feel nothing after drinking the recommended dose probably from the tolerance I’ve built up. After I finish the other half my next time will be a full bottle

Yes, but it works a lot fast and last longer as well.

I’ve never been addicted to Kratom or kava until I tried Feel Free. Something about putting the two together makes it menacingly addictive and very hard to get off. I seriously think it should be banned. It’s not a slope you want to slide down. Don’t add it to your checkout you’ll thank me later. Seriously this shit is not good

It has kratom...it's an opiate. You were experiencing opiate withdrawals.
It binds to opioid receptors the EXACT same way heroin does. Therefore, your body STOPS producing the natural pain relief. So yes, you did withdraw, similar to a heroin addict. You’ll feel better after a week or so, when your body starts producing again.

I tried half of it so far I shook it really good 👍 I like it. It has a good flavor when you get used to the taste of it I would guarantee you you should always have a soda as a chaser so you don’t have to taste gross flavoring of this drink. I drink it with cherry Dr Pepper, ice cold, but I highly recommend the feel free drink, it really does work. It gives you a buzz are euphoria high like morf I can’t use the other letters because of guidelines lol but I like this drink I’m going to have my friend buy more of this for me. I bought kratom powder and have took up to.8 grams at a time. Feel.nothing.
And I bought 6 shots of Tru Kava. I took 2 shots at once and nothing.
The taste is not pleasant at all. However, if you get a shaker bottle mix it with orange juice or coconut water it’s much better. Don’t drink this bottle straight up.

Thia stuff tastes like TUSSIONEX (Hydrocodone-Chlorphenirmine) syrup with the Pineapple and cherry after taste which tastes like nasty aged Diet Coke.

But also Krat0m shouldn't be combined with caffeine or alcohol....alot of people end up doing that and then wonder why they are vomiting....it's cause Krat0m shouldn't be combined with caffeine or alcohol but also kratom is a very nasty 🤢🤢 so I don't recommend. If anything I will always recommend kava. Kava is a lot safer and not as addictive as Krat0m.
Yes, absolutely do not combine it. Pure, quality kava is my favorite but not nearly as powerful

It taste awful 🤢. The worst part about this product is the taste! But besides that, I want to warn people, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, mix Krat0m with alcohol or caffeine. Wait a few hours before drinking any alcohol or caffeine. If u mix the substances, u will get sick.
I don't recommend Krat0m overall cuz it's highly addictive. I take it for my chronic pain but now I'm addicted to it and it's really hard to get off it and withdrawals are awful. But kava, I will always recommend kava. Kava has a lot of benefits to it and isn't as addictive as most substances are. But Krat0m, yes, has it's benefits but it's too risky.

@@outliyr Yeah....and apparently lots of Krat0m products around the country here in America are being taken off shelves due to the FDA finding salmonella in the products. I only take one brand of my Krat0m and I highly trust their products cuz they do, do lab testing. The ones that have been pulled didn't do any lab testing for their products.
The first time I took 1/2 a bottle and felt great but then I drank the rest of the bottle and was like a blob on the couch lol It also made me nauseous. Last night I only took 1/2 a bottle and felt great again. I also slept like a baby and had very pleasant dreams. So I’d say 1/2 a bottle is more than enough for a positive experience but a whole bottle may be too much.
@@outliyr Hey my understanding is they are using the entire leaf - the flesh (which is what most kratom leaf powder is sold as) and the stem and vein. The stem and vein have all sorts of other alkaloids in addition to the 2 that hit the opiate receptors. I was watching a scientific presentation on kratom recently and the guy said when the tea is 2 days old in Southeast Asia, it's considered dead. However the 2 alkaloids mitragynine and 7 hydroxymitragynine are still active, and those are the two that hit opiate receptors. In other words, Kratom has a bunch of other alkaloids that don't hit the opiate receptors and seem to contribute to the effects of it. Some people report using the stem and vein to reduce their tolerance, and it still feels like Kratom, even though it's not hitting the opiate receptors. It's almost imposisble to find products containing the stem and vein parts of the leaf online. Feel Free claims to be using the whole leaf, which is probably why this product feels so well rounded and better to me than regular kratom. I don't work for them just love the product. I've also watched a few podcasts: Luke Storey, The Great Unlearn, and MindBody Peak Performance, where Jerry Ross the founder goes into detail about how it's made. Hope this helps! He's very against extracts. There is 50mg of alkaloids from Kratom in a bottle...which could mean different amounts of kratom depending on alkaloid levels in the original plant material, but it should be 3.5 grams of kratom per bottle. I take a half bottle too and feel great, so I really do feel the full spectrum of the leaf combined with Kava, is what makes this so powerful. I also think the tonic is weighted towards kava, which makes me euphoric on its own, and quite a bit faster than kratom (e.g. 3 minutes versus 20-30).

@@DC-sr8qy Not sure how I missed this earlier, but really great information! It's interesting how with some plants (ie Kava), leaves/stems are toxic and so you only want specific other parts of the plants.
I agree with you. I've used kratom extracts and other products and certainly notice a difference. Yeah, I think that's what JW told me too. That he chose to make it kava dominant, which I prefer anyway. I'm interested in adding some additional TRU KAVA to it to see how that changes the feeling.
