Uh. That’s Kratom extract. It works by activating your opioid receptors. It’s basically codeine lite. You’re going to give yourself an opiate dependency with this stuff. Be careful.
To those who are interested, the battery life on the ultrahuman ring is about 3 days 20 hours (100-0%), far from the advertised 6 days. Practically speaking if you practice ideal charging habits (20-80%) then the actual usable time is even lower at 2 days 6 hours.

You missed that Oura 4 has increased measurement locations from 8-18. I appreciate the other info however. I’ve heard customer service is much better with UltraHuman

@@outliyr does it detect a fib? The ultra human? I'm stuck between the pixel watch 3 for its stop detection rhythm. It calls emergency services in case you stop being alive 😢 my health is bad. What do you suggest. I think I have heart problems but I need something to detect it bc the doctor monitor gave a false positive when I pressed the button. They told me I'm too young to have a fib. But I have all the symptoms of it.

Struggling with alcohol and its sunday.had to get out of my area people place & things when I am nit in my area I don't use.but my alcohol consumption really rolls and rocks.so I am seeking this as alternative to decline off everything. Was sober by his grace91/2 months backslid.gave up my authority. Hanging out with wrong people. Now I feel God is helping 🙏. So keep you updated. It is good if you are doing it once and a while, if you are addicted to something do no replace it with this, cold Turkey is the ONLY way that works if you are truly addicted to alcohol or another drug
I need a shot of kratom I'm fully addicted but it's better to spend $10 day on this habit instead of $150 a day on fentanyl or pills

Yes, absolutely! Much better than just having the water itself. Those powders often contain trace minerals too. That way, it's not leeching from your bones.
