  • If you experience burning and tingling sensations in your feet and legs, back pain, knee pain, or other joint pain then you might be suffering from peripheral neuropathy.

I believe I can do the first two exercises. However the last one I don't think is possible due to a fall, that required total reconstruction of my right knee. I'll see if I can manage to work up to it with some physical support mechanisms... Thanks for the suggestions... Subbed...

When I stand on my neuropathic legs I can only last about a minute. After that, legs get numb, feeling is gone, and I crash...unless I can hold on to something.

@VP-jn4it I started to take B12 supplements but so far there is no change. According to what I read, it may take many months. Let me know if you make any progress.
I asked for vitamin B12 shot(s), but my doctor felt it was not needed. Sitting in my wheel chair, I disagree with him.

it does sneak up on you. i first felt one ankle go weak. it took almost a year to heal. then i went to a fancy neurologist for help when other symptoms started. among other tasks, he told me to walk on my heels across room which immediately reinjured my ankle. i was mad at myself for complying with his command. i've had neurologists tell me to do that since and i refuse. i cannot now at all. i have three types of neuropathy ( confirmed by nerve tests and skin biopsies).

I have taken big doses of different vitamins, applied several homeopathic, and tried just about everything out there in my effort to treat my illness. I am only Thirty four years of age, and needless to say, it`s been a real battle. Nevertheless, I foundthisneuropathy treatment method t.co/gbnp0hUiib very fascinating. It is so easy that anyone can undertake it, and when done properly the outcomes can often be felt right away.?
