As an owner of the 2017 FZ-10 who bought it brand new in 2016, I can assure you that you will not. I loveeee my bike man! I wanted to buy an R1 in addition to it but the wife said no. Sooo, we compromised and I ended up ordering a turbo for the FZ-10 instead. It should be here in about a week!!! I'm keeping this bike until the wheels fall off man!
Great video. I loved all the stats and comparisons. As we all know the feel off a bike is not in the stats but i love to hear them anyway. I own the 2014 KTM super duke 1290 r and the 2021 Zh2. They are both in the garage and have ridden them back to back. It may not be a fair comparison since the ZH2 is 7 years newer but the Kawaski. The KTM is good but the ZH2 is mindblowing. The KTM has initial pick up and then it's done where the Zh2 keeps pulling harder until the front wheel lift under power or your arms come off. I find it strange when owning both that these are compared. The Zh2 must leave the KTM in the dust in every way or at least it feels like that. Comparing my 2 bikes i can say the KTM is similarly as good as many other good bikes where the ZH2 will blow your mind at any speed in any gear if you can hold onto it. Test ride one today and then you will know.
I paid only $9,900 OUT THE DOOR for a new MT10 from the dealer becasue they ordered 12 of them and hadn’t sold one yet so they listed 2 of them at $9,900 jsut to move some inventory. Amazing deal
Have the CB1000r, great bike. I have a full exhaust and rapid bike racing module. It has transformed the bike, power is definitely more linear. Stock you will feel that power dip at 4500 rpm
If you want " refined insanity " try the BMW S 1,000 R. I bought one when they first came out in 2014 and only had quick shifter on the up gears. I absolutely loved that thing. I seemed to take itself around tight and twisty stuff like a light 250 but with (then) 160 hp it was only 5 down on the current one although I had the race chip fitted and an Akropovich end exhaust. Turn off all the nanny controls, except maybe the antilock on the front, definitely turn it off on the rear for the odd bit of silliness but mainly so you CAN actually lay the bike down in an emergency. That thing would throw the front wheel in the air purely on throttle at over 160 kph no trouble at all and had plenty of good pull from lower revs too. I'd VERY sincerely recommend that bike, preferably in red as shown and as mine was too.
My Zh2 makes me smile big time. Finally got it mapped !! Brock's Penta carbon slip on , sprint air filter, extra tooth on the rear, 5 inch extended swingarm. Turbo smart blow off valve (for the sound). Ridden fast bikes for 40 years, never experienced anything close to this one!!!!
In my mind the first and way before its time hypernaked bike was the Suzuki B-King. I actually owned one and it was brutally fast. Like you I like the MT10, the sound of that machine is intoxicatingly addictive!
I still haven’t found anything to replace my monster 1200s. With termis it makes about 155hp and 92ft/lb. It’s sexy, easy to ride, has classic good looks and with its tight gearing is very fast with lots of shifting in daily riding. In midrange opening the throttle makes a sound that can only be called intoxicating. I like the street fighter, but I find the radiators and bulk up front to be a little overpowering. It’s hard to believe the perhaps original factory naked didn’t make it on the list.
easy as hell to make more hp on them that starts at $80. I own a 2017 with the RSV4 airbox assembly, Open Flash Tablet Stage 3 tune and Yosh Alpha exhaust. Dynod at 176 to the wheel and really turned it into a beast.
Last summer I bought a new Mt 10. He is right the sound is absolutely addicting, such a great bike. People just don't like the headlights but it grows on you.

I got a 2016 GSX-S1000 that makes 150hp and 91ft lbs of torque and it weights 436lbs wet! She’s a beast and bullet proof! It’s honestly all the bike anyone needs on a public road. And not wasting money on another make is not being a cheap skate! It’s called getting what you need and nothing more!
Well not everyone is affected by peer pressure to have the absolute most powerful bike.........the real power is finding and enjoying the little aspects of every single bike, powerful or not.......so many people enjoy a simple grom🤷🏽♂️
I had the super duke, traded it in for a 2022 ducati streetfighter v4s. Even though I love the look of the super duke... the v4s is the perfect bike. Smooth, power from all ends of the bike... most comfortable hyper naked bike I've ever riden. Its the definition of refined, straight butter.
Test rode several of these... The speed triple 12 now lives in my garage, best all round bike of the Duc/ KTM I rode. I am one happy camper. In reality, what a time to be a rider, ALL OF THESE MACHINES ARE AMAZING!
Right. The New katana is awesome, and so far I’ve seen good reviews on it! Can’t go wrong with a Suzuki, Price-Performance doesn’t get better. That’s why Suzuki is too dawg in my useless opinion.

The holy grail of naked bikes is KTM 1290 Superduke RR 3.0 Austin Racing exhaust. With mapping and customization my Beast got 196 HP and only 187 kg. Torque is insane.
@@itskaydobro I've had the KTM Super Duke 1290R, the Ducati Diavel Dark and the Yamaha Vmax 1700. Sold the KTM and the Ducati. Nothing beats the Vmax for arm-stretching grins.
Excellent stuff. Above the Yamaha is above my paygrade but this has been a fun list. Getting my hands on even one of those Euro monsters has become aspirational.
Every time I come across the weight and torque of the super duke, I wonder how that thing maintain its contact with the asphalt. It definitely is my distant dream but I really don’t wanna yeet myself into oblivion.
@@lees907 Hello brother. I am from India, where 40 horses is too much for the road. I settled down for a 250 Duke because where I live, reaching 6th gear even on a 390 Duke was impossible due to the road situation. Once I move to a big city, I am surely gonna save for a super Duke. Also motorcycles are the primary means of transportation here so I must get an 890 and ride at least 20K to 50K KMS before putting my hands on a liter class. And you will know this, once orange is always orange so am waiting. Thanks for sharing your experience brother.
I think I’d still go with the ZH2 because just like in the car world anything that comes from the factory with forced induction can make a pile more power with just a few fairly simple mods. If you check out the Brocks exhaust videos they’ve done you can actually see on their dyno graphs where the factory ecu is actually closing the throttle back down as power is still climbing as the engine gets higher in the rpm range.
Yes I would agree all the bikes have something special about them however I just put my deposit down on a 2022 mt 10 and the speed triple from triumph is something that is still in my head..
Have just about all the bikes in the video, as well as some others mentioned in the comments, and the Kaw ZH2 is King Dog. They are very restricted, but an ECU flash gets it to 225 to 235 HP.

Ive got an MT-10 and its so well balanced as a road bike. Tons of power, great handling and possibly the best soundtrack ever.

Great video, were power the only factor in choosing a bike
I think I’d still go with the ZH2 because just like in the car world anything that comes from the factory with forced induction can make a pile more power with just a few fairly simple mods. If you check out the Brocks exhaust videos they’ve done you can actually see on their dyno graphs where the factory ecu is actually closing the throttle back down as power is still climbing as the engine gets higher in the rpm range.

Yes I would agree all the bikes have something special about them however I just put my deposit down on a 2022 mt 10 and the speed triple from triumph is something that is still in my head..

Have just about all the bikes in the video, as well as some others mentioned in the comments,
and the Kaw ZH2 is King Dog. They are very restricted, but an ECU flash gets it to 225 to 235 HP.
