I think the silver look is absolutely beautiful! I wouldn't paint them at all. It's actually hides the wheel if you paint them. My opinion of course. You can always get a hub cap.

Great Video. Thank you. Tesla in the UK are have been out of these since months. I have bought the hub caps but the nut covers are offered as generic, non Tesla specific, and a choice of nuts of 19mm and 20'mm Not to be confused with the wheel size of 19inches. Can you let me know which size to order.I will be getting the silver ones.

Thanks for the video! My Model Y arrives in a couple of months. I didn't pay too much attention other than not wanting to pay the extra for the other wheels.
From the pictures, I thought I was getting steel wheels and some plastic trim. :)
I've now seen some Gemini covers that map exactly to the underlying wheel and in black. I'm tempted, if for no other reason than to protect the alloys.

I also think the Silver wheel looks great. And these small added caps does a great job.
That is if i want to loose my aerodynamics by taking off the large hub caps Tesla puts on the vehicle.

@@NextCarEV can't go much bigger, the knuckle of the suspension sticks out, you can only go up to 29.5" overall diameter
