If you have the DLC, Tiki’s Engage skill also makes it fast to level up

Get the inheritable skill from the DLC three houses bracelet "Lineage" which gives 20% extra exp to improve on the gains even more

It's also very cheap so you can reasonably put it on all of your units. You can also take Celica's skill "Favorite Food" to hold engage longer or if you have a lot of sp you could take some of Tiki's skill "Starsphere" for better level ups.

Not everyone can get the dlc. Especially if you're playing on an emulator.

I spam suicide solo runs in paralgoue on normal it's a pretty fast way to hit level 20 lol....at least until level scaling begins its trolling and next thing I know new party members become much harder to work on because they die alot before they can get a single kill haha.

You can do this in skirmish, training, silver and gold corrupted. But I wouldn't do this in any chapter or paralogue due to mission requirements.
