Can you do a video on buying land, and what to look for, best type of land etc?? And also some more info on the tribes you spent time with? indigenous people’s resourcefulness fascinates me! I have had enough of London and the rat race, I just want space and peace ❤
Thanks for sharing your backstory Dan, huge respect for what you and Laurie are achieving with your three acres 😊. I lived in Kota Kinabalu so was interested you’d spent time in the jungles of Borneo some of which were my playground as a child ❤
Absolutely love what you are doing, I would love to have land like yours to grow. I have been privileged to experience the Amazonian Rain Forest where I visited a local who had a small food forest. I also experienced a home stay on the banks of Lake Titicaca. We can learn so much from people who care and respect nature and what we take from Her, so humbling
So true Nigel - we can learn so much from people who rely on and respect the land for day to day survival. What amazing experiences you’ve had too - good on you 🙌💚✌️🌿
Love this video. I also love a tropical vibe and have a number of big drama plants in my garden, along with a poly tunnel to grow my veg. That’s a lot of land you have, and to maintain. Do you live on site? Think I’d want a log cabin in the middle of those trees! Very impressed with your work 😊
Beautiful video! I resonate with your message so much. my partner and I come from southern germany where land is expensive but we are in the process of getting a big property in the middle of nowhere in northern germany careing for your family with what nature around us provides is our goal!
Inspiring. What a rare and wonderful foundation you gained during your travels. Good decision to share this part of your story, fundamental to connection with your growing audience. ❤
Love what you folk are doing, where abouts in the UK are you based? I have land in the wye valley and have a similar passion for tending the land as you and the indigenous peoples around the world. Respect to you for documenting your journey for others to see and hopefully be inspired by.
yep, we’ve pretty much got that covered then - last year we mulched all of our fruit trees and bushes in the food forest with a years worth of our Hummanure … and we had bumper harvests!

We believe what we do, not what we think or feel when we do it. You are living what you believe and I love it mate! An inspiration to me
