These species are abundant in the world because of humans. Meat is one of the food chain of human.
Humans appeared approximately 315,000 years ago, and meat has been part of the human food chain ever since, so breaking this food chain would have dire consequences. Eating meat is a staple food in Indian culture and Hinduism. So don't try to destroy the culture.
