  • Jagadish Vasudev better known as "Sadhguru," is the founder of the Isha Foundation. He dons many hats as a yoga guru, mystic, philanthropist, author, and podcaster. Sadhguru defies stereotypes by actively engaging in various activities beyond meditation. He sings, dances, rides a bike, and drives vehicles for causes that impact humanity, such as "Save The Soil." In recognition of his spiritual teachings and humanitarian efforts, Sadhguru was honoured with India’s second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, in 2017.
In the latest episode of the ANI Podcast with Smita Prakash, Sadhguru addresses the debate of Ayurveda versus Allopathy, offering insights into their roles in healthcare. Additionally, he shares wisdom on mental health and explores the ancient teachings of Sanatana Dharma.
Sadhguru discusses whether India is a secular country or not and contemplates its potential to become a "Vishwaguru" or world leader. He bats for one nation one election and elaborates on why frequent elections could be harmful for democracy.
Sadhguru also addresses the question of how chronic diseases may stem from the thoughts and emotions we generate, which can ultimately taint the chemical balance within our bodies. He suggests exploring a holistic approach to well-being.

I never had any joint pain. in 2022, i was given an injection for food poisoning in a hospital and since that day i started having a lingering joint pain that just never goes away. Actually, I could have been given a spoon of vinegar to sip instead for the food poisoning but not the injection. So I started being afraid of modern doctors. Later, What i heard about doctors from insiders, has made me believe that modern doctors are being trained and forced to be jackals. They are the killers.

Are you eating mercury like your guru everyday or like your guru you are saying you eat mercury, only take Ayurveda but when you are in death bed dont go to Ayurveda but go beg the scientific medicine and profession to save your life?

Yogi is supposed to use pranic and higher grades of conscious powers - spiritual grades included - to promote self healing and recovery and prevention of major and minor illnesses...

Yogi said, he has the capability to use pranic energy (BTW, you are using it too, else you wouldn't be alive to ask this question), just like he has the capability/availability to visit a hospital. He chose what's normal.

I dismissed him as another guru when I found him online a few years ago but he made more sense than most people I have listened to at least in the online space. I really admire the work his organization does and the awakening it’s brought to people about various issues especially related to our soil and rivers. He also said when his leg injury happened, he went to a doctor for stitching. I think it's always a question of how much Tapas any act comsumes. Like Ramakrishna Paramahamsa once adviced a Yogi "why do you waste years of Tapas for walking on water. You could have paid 4 anas and crossed it on a boat".
Yeah, consulting the creator within and then deciding which mode is effective is the way. For gross physical injuries, physical cure is much simple and for many auto-immune diseases or similar cases where the body generates the disease, internal cure works better in longterm.
I hope he gives more clarity on this.

Jiddu Krishnamurthy, Raman Maharishi, Ram Krishna paramhans all died of cancer , Neem karoli baba died of diabetic coma , Sri Hit premanand ji have both kidney fails . These things dosent matter on spiritual path whole vedanta and and Indian spirituality teaches you are nor the body nor the mind you are atma you are eternal consciousness self realisation is the biggest goal .. our sages dosent care much about physicality they know disease will come death will come .
So don't drag this allopathy vs ayurvedic war for our sages There work is above physical nature. They are here for us so that we can grow.. 🙏

There was a time whe I did not understand Sadguru; and I always criticized Him why can't He answer without running around the bushes and then one night I saw a dream and I saw the Divinity in Him and when I asked if He is God? A voice told me No But He is closest to God ! Since then, strangely now i understand whatever He says.
We are lucky that God sent Him for our Guidance🙏🏻 MAY SADGURUJI LIVE LONG, STAY HEALTHY, RECOVER FASTER AND I GET A CHANCE TO SEE HIM ONCE❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Actually as an ex maritime engineer, it was considered a tact of a good engineer if they can tell mis-firing just from the sound of the engine.
So if he can hear the engine sound and be able to classifiy, thats doable, however does take considerable time (months, years) listening engine sounds.
