Yum! Red rock Deli and Darrell Lea are the best! My favourites are the salt and vinegar and the white choc rocklea road.😛 And yes, I agree, the cheesecake collab wasn’t great, even though I normally love caramel. I do really enjoy the raspberry rocklea road, so I am glad Angela sent you a block!
Yes, Red Rock Deli.... well, ROCKS! You haven't even had any of the Limited Edition flavours yet. They currently have both Rendang Beef and Sticky Ribs as their current limited editions. While Bundaberg Drinks do make the Ginger Beer and the other drinks, Bundaberg Rum is a separate company. There is a bunch of flavours from Bundaberg Drinks which are amazing, I like their 'Burgundee' (Red Grape Creaming Soda), Pink Grapefruit, and Mango. All of them are great, except for the one I do not like which is the Sarsparilla (labelled 'Root Beer' in the US). And yes Alex, they absolutely DO brew the fruit (and sugar) through a 2-3 day fermentation to extract the flavour more. It is absolutely correct to say that it is done the same way as the Ginger Beer is done and that's why it tastes so good because it is a much more natural process. They are very high in sugar though, bit they do have 'diet' versions with less.
U guys are so calming and fun to listen to, Keep it up.👌 I'm binging your old videos because they are so entertaining. Wishing you much success with this channel and you 💚
One of my pet peeves is people calling non-licorice flavored candy “licorice.” The generic term is “rope candy.” I like strawberry Twizzlers (I don’t like raspberry flavored candies), but I actually don’t like how soft they are when fresh, so a big bag I’ll open and let sit for a few weeks to dry out a little.
Now that you've sampled so many treat boxes, you need to film an "all-stars" meet-up with Claire & Erin, Tina Marie, Marco, the South Side Girls etc! PS - Hope you receive my package soon :)
If you haven't already, I recommend trying Bundaberg rum. They also have liqueurs, inclusive of banana and toffee - and they pair really well with some milk. My personal favourite amongst their range is the small batch vintage barrel, but they have an incredibly diverse range for a rum company. They even have a campfire rum, which I believe was designed to carry a s'mores flavour.
The standard softdrink can size in Australia (Coke, Sprite, Fanta and others) is 375ml and that passionfruit comes in bottles like the ginger beer you had and 1L bottles as well. Also we have a Mandarin cordial or what yiu might call squash...it yum.
We have Cheesecake Shop in a lot of cities in NZ as well. My favourite Bundaberg drink is the Blood Orange. I'm sad that flavour is no longer in their glass bottle range. It is still available in the six pack cans (same size as the Passionfruit one you tasted).
Hi guys ❤ In relation to the black coloured packaged chips you're talking about I think you might mean Kettle's. LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!!!🇭🇲💙🇬🇧 I'm just about to sample a Drumstick flavoured Kit Kat.😛🙂.
You should try my little hack, I use sour cream as a dip for the sweet chilli & sour cream chips. It’s amazeballs! 😋 I also like to crush them up & use them to crumb chicken 🐓
Those things all looked yummy! B&M's went through a period of stocking some Darrell Lea bars. I had 2 faves but haven't seen them in a v long time. Shame. The passion fruit drink sounded perfect. Love your way of expressing things guys😊
I find most of the Darrell Lea chocolate way too sweet but the marshmallow and peanuts help. Would prefer it without coconut myself. My favourite Darrell Lea product is the milk chocolate raspberry twists.
Just on working holiday visas in Australia, I don’t think there’s a restriction on the kinds of jobs someone can have. I work in IT and we hired a contractor from France for 3 months for a project. He was on a working holiday visa. He was expecting to land a job fruit-picking, but the contract was right up his alley in terms of his skills.
The best of all Ginger Beers is Saxby's from the Manning Valley on the Mid-North Coast of NSW it is way stronger than Bundaberg You can find a Cheesecake shop in most areas around Sydney
That size soft drink for Bundaberg is in a six pack I believe. We’re not America. We don’t drink it in buckets like Americans…. 😂 if it’s brewed it’s ginger beer based with Passionfruit.
British Backpackers are no longer required to complete 88 days of specified rural or regional work to be eligible for a second or third WHV. British backpackers are therefore permitted to work or holiday wherever they prefer in Australia, rather than undertaking rural farmwork.
Red Rock deli chips are the top of the line imo haven't found a chip that's better then Red Rock..perfect in almost every way,toobs/burger man are also a good one however not Ozzy I don't think..still great nonetheless, for chocolate I recommend Lindt chocolate balls or KitKat chunky Milo best Ice cream is connoisseur cookies and cream🤙🏾🇦🇺
As an American, we drink most of our drinks out of cans exactly that size. I know the whole world thinks we have everything way oversized but the majority of us really don’t. I drink just sparkling water from small cans. This is just a misconception of the majority of US citizens. 😁
We totally agree, why ruin chocolate with coconut and peanuts?! We didn’t send you that, we sent you the white chocolate cookies and cream 🤤 which you loved (even Alex!) We have only ever heard bad things about that cheesecake shop caramel block, so hard pass! Hahaha to your rating of the sour cream and sweet chilli 🤣 (yes, your rating went down from a 10 but totally agree that it depends what you’ve had right before it)
The person that sent the box is wrong about Bundaberg ginger beer/soft drinks and Bundaberg rum being the same company, they are not.... I mean think about it. One is a soft drink brewery, and the other is a distillery... Why would it be the same company?... They do however come from the same town with is obviously called Bundaberg and is obviously where they both get their names from, their factories are not far from each other but still have nothing to do with each other. It's just more so of a coincidence that they just happened to both become major Australian brands, but again they are not connected other than being from the same town and having the same name... Well actually that isn't entirely true because yes, they have collaborated with each other on some products. Like Bundaberg rum has brought out premixed rum and ginger beer cans that are made with Bundaberg ginger beer. I am not sure if that is a limited edition crossover thing or if it is a new product they are going to keep making though. They also suggest mixing their rum with Bundaberg Ginger beer in their cocktail suggestions. So the two companies are different but they are neighbours and connected by name so obviously they take advantage of that and help each other out at times... Which makes sense since they aren't really in competition, one makes rum and the other makes soft drinks that are largely used as mixers, so obviously they complement each other with out being a direct competitor. Although the rum company has started brewing its own brand of alcoholic ginger beer... which I don't know exactly what's up with that, seems a bit like they are trying to profit off the fact that many people don't know that they are a different company to the soft drink company and may be banking on the customer buying their ginger beer under those pretences. I haven't tried it but am going to use some prejudice and assume it's nothing like real Bundaberg ginger beer. Because one thing you should probably note is that Bundaberg brewed soft drinks/ ginger beer company is pretty universally loved in Australia but Bundaberg rum, despite being a widely available and famous brand, is not. Most people would agree it's not great quality rum, I personally don't really mind it but there are definitely plenty of other widely available rums that I would buy instead. It doesn't have a great reputation in the Australian public and is even jokingly associated with drunken violence and low life behaviour which is obviously not a good image for a company.
Bundaberg have a big range of drinks lemon lime and bitters ,sarsaparilla pink lemonade, ginger beer, there all great with bundy rum they make bunny and coke in a can premixed drinks in cans with every alcohol
AUSTRALIAN SNACK Oba! Kate and Alex thanks for making Sunday fun!

Youll have to try portello, so good. And Billsons here make so many awesome cordials
alcohols too
Portello rocks😊
Honey soy and sweet chilli sour cream my top 2 favourite flavours! 👌

Red Rock Deli are the bomb, and they do have a lime and black pepper flavour.
That lime and black pepper is my favourite!
The passion fruit sparkling drink is so yummy!
Bundaberg rum and softdrink are separate businesses
Now that you've sampled so many treat boxes, you need to film an "all-stars" meet-up with Claire & Erin, Tina Marie, Marco, the South Side Girls etc!

Haha We made it into the All Stars 🎉
@@clairetrainor4319 Absolutely!
In the USA, Rocky Road has peanuts as well.
Rocky Road does in Australia as well
It used to in Australia too. It's not as good now

Same there’s a lot of Cheesecake Shops around.
The Blood Orange is definitely available in AU, so maybe they stopped sending it to NZ?
Bundaberg is in tropical sugar cane country with bananas and passionfruit also being grown there, along witj lots of other stuff.🎉
Love their Mango and Lemon Lime Bitters flavours.
Bundaberg is a place. The rum and soft drink brands are unrelated and they both make ginger beer.
Hi guys ❤ In relation to the black coloured packaged chips you're talking about I think you might mean Kettle's. LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!!!🇭🇲💙🇬🇧 I'm just about to sample a Drumstick flavoured Kit Kat.😛🙂.
I sometimes get confused with between them and red rock deli.
@@nonamerooster5413 🙂 I prefer Red Rock Deli..... delicious! 🤤
Honey soy is my favourite chips all the time so I'm glad you love them
Yes my favourite too, yum.
You should try my little hack, I use sour cream as a dip for the sweet chilli & sour cream chips. It’s amazeballs! 😋
I also like to crush them up & use them to crumb chicken 🐓
The cheesecake shop is a nationwide franchise.👏👏👍🇦🇺
i love the australian food videos
In the U.S. rocky road has almonds, also sodas come in 6 oz. cans as well. Not everyone here wants a large sugary drink.
There's a video on TH-cam of a Bundaberg factory tour which shows all of the different flavours, it's worth watching
Red rock deli are the best chips!
Well, to be honest British snacks have nothing to envy Aussie ones. They both are yummy 😋
Those things all looked yummy! B&M's went through a period of stocking some Darrell Lea bars. I had 2 faves but haven't seen them in a v long time. Shame. The passion fruit drink sounded perfect. Love your way of expressing things guys😊
The coconut and peanuts make Rocklea Road for me. I add a touch of honey to satay chicken, yummy.
YES!! PORTELLO ROCKS😊
Have you tried the chocolate straight from the fridge. We Aussies love it like this.
Love sparkling dranks
I find most of the Darrell Lea chocolate way too sweet but the marshmallow and peanuts help. Would prefer it without coconut myself. My favourite Darrell Lea product is the milk chocolate raspberry twists.

You DEFINITELY need to try New Zealand’s RJ’s Red Licorice! It’s WAY better than any Australian or US versions!
Bundaberg has a range of fruit flavours apple, mango, peach, guava and a pineapple coconut and lemon
Hmmm now I want to make soy honey 🍯 chicken 🐓🤣🤣

Hi Kate and Alex 🇦🇺🍪🍫🍬🌶
Bundaberg comes in a glass bottle like a Stubby so all the flavours that come in a 200ml come in the bigger stubby size

To clarify, Bundaberg Rum and Bundaberg Brewed Drinks are unrelated. But they both make ginger beer.
The cheesecake shop is a bit like cheesecake factory but they don't do savory foods.
Ahh thank you! I did wonder
That isn't licorice!
Licorice is ANISEED.
I love Darrell Lea but wish they'd stop calling choc coated jellys Licorice
